ALGERIA & TUNISIA: BANKNOTE - 5 & 10 Dinars 1983 (2 Notes)

          I'm not an expert in grading so please take a look to the picture and make your own judgment.  I will gladly provide any additional info and more detailed picture as require. 

           I will only consider returns in case I post the item in a specific condition (VF, XF, UNC, etc) and once the buyer receive the item, does not agree with condition I stated.  In this case I will refund all the money including shipping once the item is returned to me. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE OFFERED. 

           Buyer is free to proceed with any claim through eBay or Paypal if there is a disagreement with condition I stated once item has been received. But I recommend email me first before posting a claim I am more than willing to cooperate with buyer for an eventual solution.  I provide a high resolution of item so it is very rare a buyer receives an item not according to expectation. 

2.  Payment of item

           Due to previous experiences and in order to provide all the security and reliability to buyers

I ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS BY PAYPAL 

for all non Costa Rican buyers.  Costa Rican buyers can pay with alternative methods of payment including cash on pick up.  

           No Paypal fees will be charged to the buyers, I will cover them.

3.  Shipping time 

           I have been seller for most than five years with an excellent history of satisfied customers, not only for the quality of notes, coins and other numismatic related items (most of them from Costa Rica), but also for the shipping cost and excellent handling and care of my items during the package and delivery process. 

           ALL MY ITEMS ARE LOCATED IN COSTA RICA. UNFORTUNATELY LAST SHIPMENTS, MAINLY TO US, HAVE TAKEN A LOT OF TIME, ALMOST A MONTH, SOMETIMES EVEN MORE.  

TO ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:

-   ALL MY PACKAGES ARE SENT BY REGISTERED MAIL, NOT REGULAR MAIL,  AS IT IS WIDELY KNOWN REGISTERED MAIL IS SLOWER THAN REGULAR AIRMAIL.

-   DUE TO RECENT RESTRICTIONS BY US CUSTOMS AND FOR SECURITY REASONS, ALL PACKAGES ARE BEING HOLD SOME DAYS IN US CUSTOMS, SO THIS ALSO COULD PRODUCE A DELAY IN SHIPPING TIME.

-   THE TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED BY EBAY EMAIL ONCE THE ITEM IS POSTED IN LOCAL POST OFFICE, CAN BE TRACKED IN WWW.CORREOS.GO.CR.  FOR US BUYERS THE TRACKING INFO WILL NOT APPEAR IN WWW.USPS.COM

PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE BIDDING, USUAL TIME FOR A PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED IN US IS 25-30 DAYS.  FOR OTHER COUNTRIES SHIPPING TIME COULD BE 15-25 DAYS.  PLEASE NOTE I INDICATE USUAL TIME, THERE ARE FEW CASES WHERE SHIPPING TIME COULD TAKE 4-5 WEEKS DUE TO MAIL SYSTEMS DELAYS, OF COURSE I AM NOT RESPONSABLE FOR SUCH DELAYS, I REALLY APPRECIATE IF YOU CONSIDER THIS BEFORE BIDDING. 

I usually post the package in local post office the following three days of payment received, however sometimes I posted more than 200 items at a time and I could take a little longer to ship the item, but please consider I do not charge shipping for any of my items no matter quantity bought, and all my shipments are by Registered. 

I usually email the buyer once its package has been sent with the Registered Mail confirmation number so it can be tracked. Of course if you feel a package it is taking longer, feel free to contact me, so we can work together and see what could have happened, I really appreciate if you do this before posting any claim on eBay or Paypal, and of course, considering posting negative feedback...
