Payment Policies and Guidelines:
Once you have won an auction, had an offer accepted, or completed the Buy It Now option you will have the option to Pay Now. We encourage you to submit payment immediately so that we can process your order and get it to you as quickly as possible. Payment is due in full within 5 days of the end of the listing.
Please note that the shipping address you specify within the checkout system will be the shipping address we use for your order. Once you have completed the checkout process, your shipping information cannot be changed. As a general rule, it is best to have your item shipped to the confirmed address on either your Paypal or Ebay. If your billing address and shipping address do not match, this may cause delays.

Shipping Policy
We now ship most packages within the United States via FedEx Ground service. Your shipping cost is charged based on the shipping calculator in the listing. If you're buying multiple items at once, shipping is just $3.95 for each additional item after the first. Please note that there is a shipping surcharge for all orders going to Hawaii or Alaska.
For orders that are in stock we can offer EedEx 2-Day and FedEx Overnight shipping. Please be aware that some items may be shipped direct from the manufacturer so we cannot offer express shipping on these items. Please allow an additional 3-4 days for shipping on drop ship items.
FedEx Ground service typically takes 2 to 7 business days to reach most destinations inside the United States. Delivery days and times are not guaranteed, but tracking information will be provided via our automated email system as soon as your package is ready to ship. The email address used for shipment notification is the one used on your Paypal Payment Notification.
Please note that we typically ship all in stock orders in 1 business days after you complete the transaction. You will be notified by our automated email system as soon as your order has been processed and your package is ready to ship.
Canadian Buyers:
Shipments to Canada are by USPS Priority Mail Internaitonal. The cost of shipping can be calculated using the shipping calculator in the listing. These are our actual shipping costs to your location. Each additional item is $8.95 (USD). Worldwide Golf is not responsible for brokerage fees, duties, customs, and taxes. We currently do not use UPS for shipping to Canada due to the brokerage fees charged.
All International Buyers:
International shipments are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International. Your shipping cost can be found by using the shipping calculator in the listing. Each additional item is $10.95 (USD).
Worldwide Golf is not responsible for brokerage fees, duties, customs, and/or taxes. You may be expected to pay additional fees, taxes, and duties upon delivery of your item. Returns Policy
Worldwide Golf is confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. We only sell genuine authentic golf clubs. We do not sell knockoff or fake equipment.
US Winners:
If you receive an item that has a manufacturers defect or not to the specifications that were stated in the listing we will gladly send a return shipping label so you can return the item at no charge. Once received we will refund your purchase in full.
If your item is damaged or lost in shipping please contact us. Your item is fully insured. We will start a FedEx claim and once approved by FedEx your entire purchase will be refuned.

International Winners:
If you receive an item that has a manufacturers defect or not to the specifications that were stated in the listing Worldwide Golf will send a return label via email for return shipping. Once received and inspected we will refund your purchase in full.

I am sorry but these are the only options in which a return is accepted. Any item returned due to the buyers error in purchase will be refunded minus original shipping costs, ebay fees, and a $5.00 restocking fee as long as it is returned within 7 days of receiving the item and it is in the original condition in which it was received.
Terms And Conditions
Worldwide Golf Condition Rating:
New: This club is brand new. Never used. Never hit. Perfect condition. The club may or may not still be in the original factory plastic. Regardless, we do guarantee that it is absolutely, positively brand new.
Like New: Virtually indistinguishable from new. Maintains the luster of new. May have some slight signs of shop wear or very slight use.
Near New: There are signs of use but are very minor. Appears to have never been used on a course. May have been hit only a few times in a demo cage.
Excellent: May have some slight signs of INFREQUENT use on the sole plate and/or clubface. Grips and shafts are in great condition. You can also be sure that the club has no skymarks, dents, or major blemishes unless they are otherwise noted in the description above.
Great: The club shows modest to more significant signs of use, which may include scuffs and scratches to the face, slightly worn grooves, a worn grip, small paint blemishes on the crown, or other typical signs of use through the normal course of play.
Good: Used for at least one season, but has been well maintained. There may be some slight scratches, small nicks, or slight ball marks on the top line of the club. Forged Irons may have some browning on the faces. The item is used but not abused.
A Note about Grips:
We try our best to describe clubs as accurately as possible. In the case of used clubs please understand that grips may be worn or replacement grips put on by the previous owners may not be perfectly straight. If the grips are ripped or torn in any way this will be noted in the listing.
