However if for any reason you were not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return your items for a refund, we would like to provide the related service. 1.Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to the standard size or custom measurements that you specified. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. Personalized and dyed items can't be returned or exchanged.
2.Defective, damaged or wrong items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund.
3. We will not take responsibility for wrong size provided by customer. That means dresses that don't fit you properly but fit the size you ordered can't be returned or exchanged. As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost. We provide another service, if the size was not fit, we would love to modify it for you for free charge (big size to small size only), but you have to pay the shipping fee for back and forth delivery and it will cost some extra time.
Please note: if your order size differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

Return Process


1.Contact Customer Service within 7days of your order received. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.
2.Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the completed product to us with tracking number within 5 days (the final date will depend on the postmark). Please make sure they are in their original condition-unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached. Please pay for the shipping fee in advance. We don't accept packages which the shipping expenses are account us. Once we confirmed that your unsatisfactory is because of our fault, we will repay you the total shipping fee.
3.Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and can't be shipped back to you.
After we received your item, we will immediately arrange the exchange within working hours. Your understanding will be highly appreciated due to your time consumption. Before you make the decision of taking an exchange, please make sure that you have contacted us and known the specific precise time, so that you can make sure how and when you may get your exchanged product.

To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.
What can I do if the item is not the size I ordered?
If your item size is different from the size of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments.
