This is a Vintage Pewter Handmade Lighter, which has two 1780 coins which were place in the lighter on the front and back of the lighter. It is rather large and I'm not quite sure what type of light it is, there is no flint, but there is a piece that you spin to make a spark and on the bottom you unscrew and put in the fuel in there. I spun the metal piece and it is stiff, so I think it needs a little help in getting it looser so you can light it. The coins on this are from Austria I believe, so I think that is where this was made. This is an amazing piece of workmanship and would definitely be a great piece to add to your collection!! It measures 3 1/4" tall and 2" across and just shy of 1" deep. Please let me know if you have any questions or advice on this item. Good luck and I'm really looking forward in doing business with you! This is a No Reserve Auction and I really appreciate your interest in our item and wish you all the best of luck! Since it is handmade out of pewter! You just never know and I though I would throw that in because of the look of it. |
