Freight Items For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmissions), the delivery site must be a commercially zoned address capable of unloading a freight truck.

We can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. For an accurate residential freight quote, please contact us before your purchase. If for some reason our shipping cost is greatly over this estimate, we reserve the right to ask for additional funds or an alternate ship to address.

Shipping Deadlines We will process every order within 24 orders of checkout. Our business hours are from 9-5 M-F MTN. Orders placed after 3:00 pm MTN cannot be guaranteed shipping that day. All Non-Freight items will be sent via UPS ground unless given instruction otherwise. Most items will go out the day of purchase, providing that we have adequate payment, shipping instructions and phone numbers to process the shipment.

Availability

If you cannot find a part that you need in the store, please contact us and we will let you know if we can get it and the price. Due to high demand, short supply or human error, occasionally we may be out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and offer you the option of waiting for the part to come in stock, or a full refund.

Core Charge. Core is an acronym for ‘Cash On Return’. A core charge is sometimes applied to rebuildable parts such as engines or alternators that can be redeemed for a portion of their original price. If the part you are purchasing has a core charge applied, it will be noted in the description.

Control Modules Modern cars have several control modules and they tend to cause some confusion. All Hollander part numbers starting with 590 will be an Engine Computer, this module controls your engine ONLY, this is noted by the ENGINE ECM label. These are not to be confused with the Hollander 591 which is a Chassis Control Module and labeled CHASSIS ECM. Both are technically ECM’s the ‘E’ standing for Electronic NOT Engine. 591 ECMs can control everything from the door locks, transmissions, airbags, daytime running lights, etc. etc. When ordering ANY 590 or 591 PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION of the item before purchasing. We will never ship these items without confirmation that it is indeed what you need so an additional day or two will be required for confirmation. There are NEVER any refunds on 590s or 591s.

Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it. PLEASE NOTE: These ratings are auto generated by Hollander and passed on to the auctions. A part that is listed as Grade A is usually done so because it has lower than average mileage for the age of the vehicle. If you order a part and it does not meet your expectations please contact us rather than just marking the item "Not As Described". All notes on the part override any automatic ratings.

A Grade	- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade	- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade	- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade	- A part that has not yet been graded.
