Domestic Shipping

We ship most items via USPS priority or UPS unless otherwise noted in the listing. Generally smaller items will be shipped out USPS priority and large items like forks, frames and wheels usually ship UPS. We ship Engines and other large parts via common carrier (LTL). We ship items everyday Monday-Friday and we are quick to package and ship your item. All of our parts come carefully and properly packaged. We will often disassemble large items like forks to properly ship and protect your item. We also combine shipping on multiple items.

International Shipping

International Buyers - Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws, please don't ask us. We are a business and this is how we make a living, breaking the law put's our business license and livelihood at risk.

Rubber Side Up is happy to do international shipments. We use USPS priority mail only on our international shipments. Most of the time we list shipping cost for international transactions so check there first. Please do so BEFORE you bid or buy our item.

Combined Shipping

We estimate the weight of the item, when the item ships we refund any material shipping cost difference. When you buy multiple items eBay adds the shipping cost for all items, usually this inflates the shipping cost. You can either wait for us to send you a corrected invoice (remember we are across the globe and it may take us some time to get you the invoice) or you can pay in full on the eBay generated invoice and know that if you have overpaid for shipping it will be returned to you. We make our profit from selling parts, not shipping, we just want to recover our actual shipping expense and a small material cost to ensure you get the item in good condition.

We do not ship engines or other LTL items international. Sorry all but if it's too big and heavy for USPS we need to sell it here in the States.

Return Policy & 30 Day Warranty:

1. The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
2. You must contact us through ebay prior to any return
3. The return item must be in the same condition and properly packaged.
4. Shipping charges are not refundable.
5. Return Shipping is the buyers' responsibility.
6. Components must be installed by a certified Technician to qualify for warranty
7. We DO NOT charge a restock fee for items returned within the above guidelines
