To return a part that has failed under warranty, you will need the original packaging, or measurements (height, width, and length) for the box you plan to use. M&M Auto Parts will cover the return shipping on a warranty return or exchange, by sending UPS to pick up your package or sending you a printable pre-paid UPS shipping label through eBay (whichever you prefer).
Returns
All items we sell on eBay can be returned unused within 30 days for a refund.
The 30-day return period starts when the package is delivered.

Insurance
All items are insured during shipping for a value equal to the purchase price.
If a box appears to have been damaged during shipping, please stop and take photos of the packaging before and after opening the box, and photos of the item before removing it from the box.
