    • Please inspect package upon arrival.  If there are ANY damages make sure to note it with the freight company.  Otherwise you WILL forfeit your insurance claim.

    • Serious Bidders ONLY! Please only bid if you intend to PAY for the item. If you bid and don't pay we will file a NPB claim against you as well as leave negative feedback.
    • Please read and understand all policies before bidding, failure to read and understand policies will result in the following: Negative feedback, cancellation fees, shipping fees, and or legal action.
    • Payment must be finalized within 7 days after the auction ends. Orders that have not been shipped are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the original purchase price, excluding shipping fees. For orders that have shipped and are cancelled, buyer is responsible for shipping both ways plus a 25% restocking fee. Parts that have been altered can NOT be return.
    • Non Paying Bidders: Will be reported on the 8th day unless we have worked it out on the phone or via email.
    • All sales are final. Parts are unfinished and will require modification to obtain a finished product.
    • Policy on Guaranteed fitment, if there is a fitment issue we will need to see pictures of what is wrong along with a copy of the business license from the body shop doing the installation.  We will send a freight carrier to pick up the bad product and ship out new product.
    • Shipping times can take up to 4-8 weeks.  We can not guarantee shipping times due to back orders in the industry.  Althought 95% of our product arrives in 1-2 weeks it can take up to 2 months to receive product.  If a backorder occurs we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order without any penalty.
    • All parts must be prepped and installed by a professional body shop that has experience working with unfinished fiberglass car parts including but not limited to cutting, filling, sanding, and shaving. Extra fees will be incurred for prepping bumpers for fitment. Removal of the bumper reinforcement bars maybe necessary to mount/hang front and rear bumpers, this is done at the buyer/owners on risk, we do not accept liability for injuries resulting from customization of buyer/owners car, this is done at their own risk. You, as the buyer, are responsible for complying with any/all local, state, and federal laws.
    • Please notify us before posting negative feedback, we are willing to resolve any reasonable issue.
    • While most emails are answered within 12 hours please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response.  We are not in on weekends or holidays.
