Because it is a used part, it is not in new condition, we do our best to clean it before shipping, but there may be residual grease or dirt. There is a 90 day guarantee, unless otherwise stated, less shipping on this part, The 90 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided. If the part needs to be returned for any reason, buyer will be responsible for shipping part back to us at buyer’s cost accompanied by the original yellow receipt. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. If you are using this part for any other application other than what is exactly listed above, warranty will be void and return is not permitted. If this part was broken through shipping, contact us immediately and keep the original packaging, we will then disbatch UPS to pick up. All packages should be inspected by you immediately.

We also reserve the right to notify you if the part does not meet our QA upon leaving our premises and will promptly refund your payment.

To return an item you must contact us via eBay mail within the 90 day period. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Freight Items
For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmissions), the delivery site must be a commercially zoned address capable of unloading a freight truck. We will not ship freight items outside of the 48 US states. Please contacts us for freight quote, provide your zip code and let us know if it is a business or residential address. When purchasing please make sure you have a phone number, the freight company will not deliver without a phone number.

We can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. For an accurate business or residential freight quote, please contact us before you purchase. If for some reason our shipping cost is greatly over this estimate, we reserve the right to ask for additional funds or an alternate ship to address.

Shipping Deadlines
We will process every order within 2 business days of checkout Monday through Friday (not including major holidays add another day). Our business hours are from 8-5 M-F EST. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST cannot be guaranteed shipping that day. All Non-Freight items will be sent via UPS ground unless given instruction otherwise. This is providing that we have adequate payment, shipping instructions and phone numbers to process the shipment.

Core Charge. Core is an acronym for ‘Cash On Return’. A core charge is sometimes applied to rebuildable parts such as engines or alternators that can be redeemed for a portion of their original price. If the part you are purchasing has a core charge applied, it will be noted in the description.

Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

A Grade	- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade	- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade	- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade	- A part that has not yet been graded.
