Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
All Refused or Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be held until the charges of reshipping item funds are paid. If customers do not want us to reship the item, we will deduct the original shipping cost from refund.

Return Policy
All returned item(s) must be Brand new, never been used and in their original condition. Any returned item(s) that are used or have missing parts will invalid the whole return and no refund will be issued. Any items that are returned after 30days, we will not issue a refund. However, we can ship the item back to you if the shipping charges are paid.
We do not accept any COD returns. We will ask the shipping to return the item back to you.

I got the wrong item, what should I do?
Due to our high volume of sales, we apologize for any inconvenience if you had received the incorrect product. We are doing the best we can to avoid this issue. Please contact us within 7 days from the date the item was received and our Customer Service department will issue you a RMA number along with a return label for you to ship the item back to us at our cost for an exchange. If a replacement cannot be replaced within 7 days, we will process a full refund for you.

My item is defective!
Although, this rarely happens. If the item is manufacture defective, does not fit or is not working properly, please contact our customer service department right away. We will issue you a RMA number and issue you a return label for you to ship the item at our cost for a replacement.

My item is damaged!
When we ship out our items, our shipping department will carefully examine the item to make sure item is brand new. Item damaged during transit is beyond our control. In cases like this, please contact our customer service department right away. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and reship a replacement set for you.
