1. Winning bid notification/payment instruction will be sent to buyer automatically thru email after auction ended.
2. Payment must be received within 10 days of auction closed, product availability is not guaranteed after 10 days All products will be shipped within 3 business days after payment verified, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery (usually less).
3 .Shipping/handling fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable. Sales tax applies to California buyer.
4. All our products are 100% brand new unless otherwise stated in the description above.
5. We will reimburse you the actual shipping fees for exchange if we shipped incorrect quantity or product.
6. We reserve the right to retract bids from any bidder with a history of negative feedback/non-payment.
7. Please only bid if you intend to follow through with your purchase.
8. We reserve the right to file Non Paying Bidder Alert if payment is not received within 10 days after auction ended.
9. Hours: Mon-Fri 11am-6pm PST. We do not answer emails, process orders or make shipment on weekends and holidays.
10. Please check the package before sign for it. Ups will not accept any damage claim if the receiver have sign for the package. If you received a damage package please do not sign for it and refuse the package, then contact us immediately that you receive a damage package so we can file damage claim and process your replacement in a timely manner.
