All parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a 6 month money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 6 month period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.
Engines MUST be installed by an ASE Certified Shop and according to OEM factory specifications. If these requirements are not met, the guarantee is NULL and VOID. We do not pay for fluids, gaskets, seals, etc. Some newer foreign engines require that the harmonic balancer NOT be removed to make the installation process easier. If you do remove the harmonic balancer, the engine will not run and the guarantee is NULL and VOID. Check all OEM Factory Specifications for proper installation process.
Transmissions MUST be installed by an ASE Certified Shop and according to OEM factory specifications. If these requirements are not met, the guarantee is NULL and VOID. We guarantee that the transmission is in good, running condition and we will provide you mileage when available. Our transmissions are inspected prior to shipping and filters are removed. You MUST install a new filter and gasket before installation. We do not pay for any fluids, gaskets, seals, etc. Check all OEM Factory Specifications for proper installation process.
Labor, Installation and Other Information
We are not responsible for any injury or damage during or as a result of installation of our parts. We recommend that timing belts, thermostats, spark plugs, fluids and seals be replaced at the time of installation. We do not cover any labor costs that are involved in the installation process.
Guarantees are null and void if the vehicle is used for commercial or fleet use; if the vehicle is used for racing or other off road activities; If failure is due to abuse, misuse or any modifications; if the part is used in a non-interchangeable vehicle; if the vehicle becomes involved in an accident or collision; and if the part is installed outside the U.S.
Did You Purchase the Wrong Part?
If you purchased the wrong part for your vehicle and the item was shipped to you for free, we refund the purchase price less the calculated shipping price. You MUST return the item in the SAME condition it was in when it left our facility. We PHOTOGRAPH, THOROUGHLY INSPECT and document the condition of all parts before we ship them to our customers. We DO NOT accept returns on items that were damaged during the installation process. We also do not refund shipping charges that you incur to ship the part back to us. Please take every route possible to be 100% positive the item will work for you BEFORE purchasing.
To return an item you must contact us via email at eBay Messages
within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.

We ship to either a commercial address that is capable of unloading a freight truck or to a local terminal for pick up. Terminal locations are determined at the time of shipment.
NO RESIDENTIAL SHIPPING. We cannot freight ship to your house or home business. We only freight ship to commercially zoned areas or shipping terminals.
Commercial locations must be able to unload a freight truck. Most freight trucks do not have lift gates so the shop will need to have a forklift or some other manner of unloading the freight truck. The freight truck driver is not responsible for removing the freight from the truck. It is the buyers responsibility!
When terminal shipping is selected, we will find the nearest terminal to you and e-mail you the pickup details, including the BOL # and address of the terminal.
All freight shipments must be inspected upon delivery or pickup. The delivery driver will have the paper work for you to sign. DO NOT SIGN IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE TO THE ITEM AS A RESULT OF SHIPPING ! If you sign, we will not be able to process a damage claim for the item. Signing the freight paper work means you assume liability for any shipping damage. We will not take any returns for damaged freight if you sign the freight paper work on an item damaged in shipping.
We do not ship freight outside of the continental U.S.
To avoid delays in shipping, please provide a valid phone # with your order. To avoid further delays, please provide the shop name, commercial address or specify that its a terminal pickup.
All freight must be shipped through the provider we choose and our account. You may NOT provide your own freight shipper. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Items may be returned within 30 days of the buyer receiving them, for our money back guarantee. The buyer would be responsible for the return shipping charges. The items must be packaged, shipped correctly, and be in the same condition as when purchased.
Local pickup is available at our location. Please contact us before coming in to pickup an item. All pickups must be made with a Pickup Truck, Flat Bed Truck or Rack Body Truck. No SUV's, Vans, or Cars will be loaded. You must supply your own material for securing the item safely (ie: Tie Down Straps). We are open Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, Saturday 8AM-NOON and Closed Sunday.
