In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. To return an item you must contact us via eBay messaging or toll free aT 86-291-2222 within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization) and the item must be returned within that 30 day period unless other permissions are given.

Our default shipping rates are for the 48 US states only via UPS Ground, Fed-Ex Ground, USPS, or Spee-Dee, R&L Carriers and similar LTL providers. At an extra charge, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, other US Territories, or internationally at the present time.
Standard handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) not including the day of purchase and/or payment whichever occurs later for both freight and non-freight items. That means if an item is purchased on the 1st but not paid for until the 3rd the handling time count will not begin until the 4th. Standard shipping time on non-freight items is 1-5 days depending on location, and if a delivery appointment needs to be scheduled or not. Feel free to contact us for an accurate time frame on any certain part or if you are in a time crunch and want to see if we can help as shipping and handling charges vary per part type. We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states. For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmissions, rear axles, large sheet metal items), a business delivery address is preferred and a telephone number is required. We can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. Shipping Deadlines
We will process every order in the order it"s received, an order is not received until it is paid for in full unless other arrangements have been made. Our business hours are from 8:00am-5:00pm M-F and 8:00am-1:00pm Sat. CST. Business days are Monday-Friday and does NOT include Saturday. Orders placed after 10:00 am CST cannot be guaranteed shipping that day (if that option applies to your listing). Handling time is typically between 1-3 days not including the day of purchase or payment whichever occurs later. All Non-Freight items will typically be sent via Fed-Ex or Spee-Dee whichever is least expensive. If you need 2nd day air or Next day air service please call us directly for best results. You may also add this service during checkout but we can only guarantee shipment of these orders if it is placed before 10:00 am CST. Standard shiping time on small ground packages will range from 1-5 business days and will mainly depend on how close the buyer is to Wisconsin.

Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.
A Grade
- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or great condition for its age. A condition does not mean new or perfect it means the item is in great used condition. Visual flaws still may be present as the item is used. Condition grades are given by the seller in accordance to industry standards.
B Grade
- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age. Comon used part visual blemishes most lilkely are present.
C Grade
- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light-medium damage.
No Grade
- A part that has not yet been graded. Please ask if no grade is yet given prior to purchase.
