If you receive an item that is not in working order or defective, We will either replace it (if one is available) or (after sending a call-tag for the defective unit & receiving the return) issue a full refund.

RETURNS
****ANY ITEM PURCHASED BY ERROR OR NOT NEEDED, THE "BUYER" WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE TO US.
ORIGINAL/ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT REFUNDED, AND EITHER A RE-STOCKING FEE OF 20% OR $10.00 (WHICHEVER IS GREATER) WILL BE IMPOSED.****

· Shipments are made Monday-Friday. Your order will ship out the same day payment has been made or the next business day.
· We ship via Fed-Ex or USPS. Other services are available upon request.
· We only ship to the contiguous 48 states and Canada.
Alaska,, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico cusomters may inquire of a shipping price BEFORE purchasing an item. We may be able to ship to you at a reasonable cost.
· We do not ship to Internationally.
· Local pickup may be arranged Monday - Friday 8:30 -5:00.
