SHIPPING: The majority of our items ship UPS. It is the buyer’s responsibility to insure their packages. We will be more than happy to combine shipping.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: The majority of our items ship UPS. Larger items and multiple box kits such as tires, wheels, and lift kits will ship truck freight. To obtain the best possible freight rates, include a business address to ship a truck freight purchase to.
TRUCK FREIGHT: If your item ships truck freight, you will be contacted to verify all shipping information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time, the majority of our international shipments will ship via: US Postal Service. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact us for a complete quote for shipping and handling.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES: These are in addition to the actual freight charge

RETURNS: We will not accept returns due to the wrong part being ordered, please carefully read the item's description.
We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.
We will not accept any returns after 21 days from the date of delivery.
CLOSE- OUT/LIQUIDATION LINES: All sales are final, these parts are not returnable due to the wrong part being ordered, or any and all issues other than shipping damage. The following lines are close outs: Ironman Suspension, Smittybilt, Grizzly, Dee-Zee, Lund, Deflecta Shield, Husky Liner, Bushwacker, Xenon, Fabtech, Trailmaster Body Lifts, Westin, Bestop, Air Lift, KC High Lights, and any part that is no longer in the most current manufactures catalog.
STOCKING LINES: Returns will be accepted within the first 21 days of the date of delivery. If you plan on returning an item, you must contact us for a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) #. All Returns will be subject to a 10% restock/re-box charge. Credit will be issued within 48 hours of the time we receive the returned product.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: Must be reported to us within 24 hours from the time of delivery. If an item was damaged in shipping, then we file a claim
UPS takes 3 days to review our claim and at the end of 3 days, if they accept the claim, they will pick up the item and deliver it back to us. When the package arrives back to us, we will give you a refund—may take 7-14 days.
If you sign for your item, it is your responsibility to make any note any damage, at the time of delivery.
If UPS drops off your package with no signature, it is your responsibility to contact us within 24 hours with noted damage.
HIDDEN DAMAGE: We strongly suggest that you open and inspect your package within 24 hours of delivery to make certain that there is no unseen damage.
***If you receive a package that has been damaged, we strongly suggest that you take a photographic record of the damaged boxes and parts for claims purposes. ***
TRUCK FREIGHT: Please read your bill of lading carefully, it will be well documented how many boxes and the weight of each box you should receive. You should also note any visible damage at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged in any manner you must sign the bill of lading "DAMAGED"
EXCHANGES: The parts that we have in stock are close-out/liquidation items and some of the manufacturers are no longer in business. Therefore, we apologize, but we are unable to do exchanges on close-out or Liquidation parts.
All other parts will be subject to a 10% restock/re-box charge, and will require RMA # for an exchange.
REFUNDS: In the event that you receive a damaged part, a return is possible as long as you bear the return shipping costs. Refunds will only be applied after all returns are thoroughly checked and we are satisfied with the condition of the items. Mounted tires are considered used and are NOT returnable. NO RETURN ON ELECTRICAL PARTS. All returns must be in the original packaging and include (installation components, instructions, etc).
RECEIVING ITEM (S) YOU DIDN’T ORDER? If we shipped the wrong item we will call tag the item shipped in error and reship the correct part.
