Shipping and Payment:
Currently all of our items are either shipped out via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail,
or UPS Ground. We are no longer shipping overseas. We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of
holidays. We typically ship items out in 1 business day (with the exception of motors, trannys, sunroofs, and
other large items). This means if you pay
on a Monday, your item will go out Tuesday. We accept payment by PayPal only at the
moment. If you have an issue with your item being
damaged in shipping, please contact us, and we will forward the information to the
proper carrier to get a claim filed for you.
We DO accept returns in the following situations:
♦You purchased an item that does not work, is
damaged, or defective.
♦We sent you the wrong item
We DO NOT accept returns in the following situations:
♦You purchased an item used for a swap into a car it
was not originally inteded for.
♦You did not read the description concerning details
about the item (i.e. bad ball joint).
♦You no longer need the item.
In the event that you do need to return an item, once we receive the item back to the
shop, we will then inspect and or test the item to ensure it was defective, as well
as check for our identification that it was orginally our part. At this point we will
then process a refund via paypal, and contact you regarding the item. All returns that
are in buyers error are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We are only doing this because
of the time involved in processing every item. As well as covering the cost of shipping
on "free shipping" items. There is no refunds for shop labor. If you do return
something that was listed as "Not Accepted" above, you will be liable for all shipping
costs, as well as fees charged by eBay for the sale of the item. We do not refund costs
of installation on any part. Returns must be done within 15 days of the date that the
tracking information says delivered.

Q:Do You Ship To (insert country here)? A: No we do not. As of April 8th 2011, we are no longer shipping outside of the 48
states. Unfortunately, the fees are getting too expensive to ship overseas, and with the already expensive
rates for overseas shipping, it really adds up.
Q:The Item In The Picture Isn't What Is In The Description/Title... A: Ok, so computers make mistakes too! When uploading 100's of items a month, sometimes the
listing software lets us down. We have had mismatched photos and descriptions on occasion,
however, just contact us first, and we'll fix it and let you know exactly what item your
Q:Who Is Delivering My Item? A: Your item will be delivered by either UPS or USPS. Most smaller items will be sent
either USPS Priority or First Class. UPS is used by us for medium to larger items, or small items
that are heavy.
Q:When Can I Excpect To Receive My Tracking? A: Once your item has shipped, we will upload the tracking onto the "Order Details"
page of the item you purchased. In order to view this, just go to the item page that you
won, click on "order details", and it will be visible there. Please allow 24 hours for
that information to be uploaded.
Q:Whats All This Left, Right, LH, RH Business? A: Left and Right are auto manufacturers ways of describing what side different
parts are located on. Many side specific parts are marked with an "L" or "R", so in this case:
Left or "L" = Driver Side,
Right or "R" = Passenger Side.
Comments such as L/R mean Left Rear, or R/R would mean Right Rear.
