We are not responsible for any illegal issues that are caused by the improper usage of our products. Please verify with your local and/or state law enforcement before playing your order.
Our products requires professional installation and we are not held responsible for installation of the product. If the product is damage through installation, we are not held responsible for refunds.
When you have received your package, please inspect your product for any manufacturer defects or shipping damage before installation. If you notice any damages or defects, please contact us ASAP.
You may return/exchange any unopened products in resalable condition (we do not pay for return shipping.) After we have received the package and the item is in a resalable condition, a full refund will be issued.
All returns, cancellation shipping, and handling fees of all orders are non-refundable.
No returns will be accepted if you contacted us after 30 days of receiving the item
If we made a mistake by shipping the wrong item or quantity, we are responsible for return shipping, and sending you the correct item/quantity or a full refund which includes shipping and handling.
Before any returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service representatives via eBay message, please include item number, eBay user ID, specific description of damage/problem and clear explanation of your reason. If we authorized the return, customer will get an email with instructions for returning the item. (email will be replied within 48 hours, on business hours)

Where is my item?
all items are shipped out within 2 business days after full payment has been cleared. An automated email will be sent containing the tracking #.
The tracking # does not update
When you have received the automated email, that means your order has been processed but does not mean it has been shipped out. It can take up to 24 hours for the system to update
Do you provide next day or expedited shipping?
Unfortunately at this current time, we do NOT offer any expedited shipping
I purchased by mistake, how do I cancel the order?
Please contact us ASAP. If the item has not been shipped out we can cancel the order for you. If the item was shipped out you can refuse the package and wait for the item to return to us. We can only refund you the Item price and cannot refund the shipping price.
I received your item but it does not fit or is defective

I am sorry to inform you that currently we are not offering any combine shipping.
Do I recieve installation instructions?
We are only retail store and we send out our items based on what the manufacturer give us. Majority of our items do not come with installation instructions and requires a professional to install.
