Most parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a 60-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. Specific item information and warranty information is posted on the listing. If you have any questions regarding the guarantee please contact us prior to purchase. The 60 day period starts from the date on the invoice. No labor warranty is provided, no exceptions.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits, unwanted special order parts, or special "cut" items. If you have any question on the warranty of your part, please ask prior to purchase.
To return an item you must contact us at 1-866-291-2222 or by eBay messaging within the 60 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization) and the item must be returned within that 60 day period unless other permissions are given.
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. Buyer is responsible for return freight unless the seller offers to handle return shipping. If an item is unwanted, ordered incorrectly, or not needed a 20% re-stocking fee may be assessed at our option.
Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to Gauger & Son Salvage, Inc., 7692 Helena Road, Arena, WI 53503 along with the RMA number, and a short note explaining the return.

Our default shipping rates are for the 48 US states only via UPS Ground, Fed-Ex Ground, USPS, or Spee-Dee. At an extra charge, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, other US Territories, or internationally.
Standard handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) not including the day of purchase. Standard shipping time is 3-7 days depending on location, and if a delivery appointment needs to be schedules or not. Feel free to contact us for an accurate time frame on any certain part or if you are in a time crunch and want to see if we can help. Unless otherwise noted, Buyer pays shipping. Freight Items
We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states. For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmissions, rear axles, large sheet metal items), a business delivery address is preferred and a telephone number is required. If not an additional residential charge may apply.
We can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. For an accurate residential freight quote, please contact us before your purchase. If for some reason our shipping cost is greatly over this estimate, we reserve the right to ask for additional funds or an alternate ship to address.
Shipping Deadlines
We will process every order within 24 orders of checkout. Our business hours are from 8:00am-5:00pm M-F and 8:00am-1:00pm Sat. CST. Business days are Monday-Friday and does NOT include Saturday. Orders placed after 10:00 am CST cannot be guaranteed shipping that day. Handling time is typically between 1-3 days not including the day of purchase. All Non-Freight items will be sent via Fed-Ex ground unless given instruction otherwise. If you need 2nd day air or Next day air service please call us directly for best results. You may also add this service during checkout but we can only guarantee shipment of these orders if it is placed before 10:00 am CST. Help
