Unless noted otherwise, our quality recycled or refurbished parts are warranted for 180 days against failure. No labor warranty.

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period of 180 days, we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items. No refunds without receipt.

To return an item you must contact us via phone or email within the 180 day period to obtain a RMA number. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not covered. All items shipped to locations outside of the 50 US States are not eligible for the 180 day return.

Freight Items

We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states. For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmissions), our default price is for residential delivery with a liftgate. If you want a quote to deliver any freight item to a comercially zoned property with a way of unloading heavy items, please call us at 1-866-916-4600 to arrange cheaper freight to a business address

We can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. For an accurate residential freight quote, please contact us before your purchase. If for some reason our shipping cost is greatly over this estimate, we reserve the right to ask for additional funds or an alternate ship to address.

Shipping Deadlines

We will process every order within 24 orders of checkout. Our business hours are from 8-5 M-F CST. Orders placed after 3:00 pm CST cannot be guaranteed shipping that day. All Non-Freight items will be sent via UPS ground unless given instruction otherwise. If you need 2nd day air or Next day air service please call us directly for best results. You may also add this service during checkout but we can only guarantee shipment of these orders if it is placed before 3:00 CST. All freight items will go out the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 noon CST. This is providing that we have adequate payment, shipping instructions and phone numbers to process the shipment.

We accept Pay Pal, or most major credit cards and bank wire transfers upon special request. For Pay Pal, send payment to this email address Paypal@mwparts.com. By law, we charge sales tax for items shipped to these states: IA (7%). Tax applies to the subtotal plus any shipping and handling for these states only.

Core Charge. Core is an acronym for ‘Cash On Return’. A core charge is sometimes applied to rebuildable parts such as engines or alternators that can be redeemed for a portion of their original price. If the part you are purchasing has a core charge applied, it will be noted in the description.

Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

A Grade - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age. B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age. C Grade - The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage. No Grade - A part that has not yet been graded.
