Warranty Every oxygen sensor we sell is backed by the industry’s most extensive and reliable warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. All sensors are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. As this is an electrical part, non-warranty returns are only accepted if the part is returned in its original sealed (clear) packaging. Before opening the sensor, we recommend you compare it to your existing sensor to ensure it works for your vehicle. PaymentWe accept all PayPal payments along with Visa and Mastercard payments via phone at 507-358-8092. Payment must be received within seven days unless special arrangements are made. Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed and shipped. ShippingWe ship oxygen sensors in the US via USPS priority mail. Orders to Midwest addresses may be shipped via Spee Dee. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. After your order ships, we will send you an e-mail with a tracking number for your order. If you pay via Paypal, we will attach the tracking number to your Paypal payment. Our free shipping offer is valid only for the United States. If you need an order shipped outside the US, please contact us for a shipping quote. Parts in stockOur goal is to have enough parts in stock so there will never be an issue of us being out of stock on any certain part. But occasionally, we do run out of stock on parts. Sometimes this is due to a manufacturer not supplying us enough parts, or in the case of popular parts they can sell out very quickly and we do not have anymore in stock at that time. This helps us to promptly process your return for an exchange or refund. If we ship a wrong or defective part, we will pick it up and replace it at our cost. If you receive a part that you ordered incorrectly, you will be responsible for the original freight cost along with any follow-up shipping charges (any price differences of parts will be factored in accordingly). No returns will be accepted (outside of warranty) after 30 days from the date an order is shipped. Refunds are given via original payment method when possible, otherwise by check. All returned sensors must be new in the original sealed packaging. Sensors removed from the factory sealed bag will not be accepted for return (outside of warranty), and the buyer is responsible for any follow-up shipping charges. |
