What is Visco-Elastic foam (aka Memory Foam)?
Originally designed by NASA to provide pressure relief during the intense G-Forces of space shuttle take offs. This type of foam is visco-elastic, open-celled, and temperature sensitive, all of which allows it to provide body-molding and pressure relief capabilities.
Do I need the whole system, or can I just buy a mattress topper?
If the bed you currently have is in good condition and gives you good support, our memory foam toppers should be just fine for you. However, if the bed you have is uncomfortable or worn out, it would be best to go with our full mattress system to support the memory foam layer. The mattress system can go on top of your existing box spring or wood surface.
What is Density? What is Compression / Firmness? Is there a difference?
Yes, there is a big difference between density & firmness of a particular foam. First I will discuss density, then compression (ILD)...
Density: Technically, it is taking one solid chunk of particular piece of foam sized 12" x 12" x 12", and weighing it by pounds. The more dense the cube is, the more likely that particular foam has more quality, thus is more resilient and durable. (This is true only if the foam is not filled or "load" with additives that just add weight to the foam. Rest assured, this is NOT done to our foams.)
ILD (Indentation Load Deflection): Technically, taking a 24" x 24" x 4" (or no smaller) chunk of foam, and compressing it with a 50 square inch circular foot down 1 inch (25% compression test), measuring in pounds the force needed to compress the foam. The higher the number, the firmer the foam, & the lower the number, the softer the foam.
Which density should I get?
4.5 Lb ViscoPLUSH: Suggested for people who want a balance of high quality, yet soft, luxurious memory foam at a great price.
5.5 Lb ViscoMAX: Suggested for people who want the best & highest quality memory foam also at a great price. (Similar in quality and firmness to Tempur-Pedic®'s Memory Foam and Foamex's Sensus Memory Foam.)
Do you think I need a Memory foam mattress?
If you currently don't have memory foam, I truly say its a good idea. Memory foam is excellent for people with uncomfortable, poking spring mattresses, and any other mattress that is too firm for comfort. Odds are, you will be doing yourself a favor: treating yourself to a well deserved, better nights sleep.
What is the Guarantee / Warranty on the mattress?
The memory foam mattress has a Guarantee of 30 days after the ship date. The mattress may be returned for any reason in factory condition for a full product refund.
The foam has a Warranty of 10 years. If the foam fails to recover or collapses within this time period, you may send the foam back to be replaced free of charge. Again, all you have to pay is the shipping & handling.
NOTE: In order to return the foam, we need a copy of the original packing slip received in the package which contains the date of purchase.
What is the average life span of the foam mattress?
All of our foams have been tested, researched, and our experience shows that the following foams will last the listed years under normal everyday use.

5.5 Lb ViscoMAX: About 20-25 years
Why should I buy from you?
In the 25 years we have been in business selling this foam, we have never had any major problems with the product. The only minor complaint we have received concerning the foam so far is the slight odor that comes with "factory fresh" foam, but this smell fades away after a few weeks. Next, this is a quality controlled product which means it is constantly checked for consistency of density, compression, and appearance. All of our memory foams do not contain chlorofluorocarbons (CFC's) and are environmentally friendly.
Can I order a custom sized Mattress?
Sure, just place your bid or use the 'buy it now" feature on a memory mattress larger than what you need within e-bay, and we will cut the mattress down to size at no extra charge. There is a charge to resize the cover, email for details.
(Example: if you wanted a mattress 50" x 75", get the full mattress of 54" x 75", and we will cut it down to size. For more info e-mail us.)
Does your vacuum packing method damage the foam?
Word from our competitors has been going around that our method of packaging damages the foam. This is not true for high quality foams. Our foam is NOT damaged by our packaging method. The only foams that are damaged during this process are low quality foams, or foams filled with additives to make them appear like a higher density when they are really not. The only issue with our foam is that the longer the foam is packaged, the longer it takes for the foam to regain its shape. Foam typically takes a few hours to regain its full shape.
