Forms of Payment:  The most preferred form of payment is through PayPal. All Major Credit cards are accepted through PayPal.  PayPal is the most preferred and quickest form of payment. 

Shipping and Handling :  In all 50 States and including Puerto Rico through First Class Mail with delivery confirmation numbers. We ship by USPS First Class International Mail to select International Countries but has no tracking.  Average delivery in U.S. takes 5-7 business days from the day of shipment. Average delivery to International Countries is 10-15 business days from the day of shipment. We do Not allow pickups. All orders take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped.  Note: Duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges as these charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.  These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.  Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.  We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts.

Package Insurance:  Insurance is included in case of lost or damaged product during delivery. 

Return and Exchange Policy:  All of our products are tested before they are shipped with our $7,500 memory tester. Please check compatibility before you make a purchase. We will issue a refund within 30 days after you receive product in the rare event you have a problem. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. It it's determined that we can exchange for you then we will ship your replacement via USPS First Class.  Please email us if you are having compatibility issues and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
