In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.

Part(s) must have the original Stock Number (red numbers) written on them.  Screws or seams that are marked with red paint must not be tampered with.  No Warranty can be given if The Stock Number or red paint is removed.

To return an item you must contact us via email within the 30 day period to obtain a R/A number (return authorization).

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.

Once you obtain an R/A number, ship the item back to Penguin Auto Wrecking Inc., 5757 West 2300 So.,West Valley City, UT 84128 along with the R/A number.

Due to high demand, short supply or human error, occasionally we may be out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and offer you the option of waiting for the part to come in stock, or a full refund.
