We offer a 7-day return policy for any defective product or at our discretion.
We offer a 0-15 day return policy for any reason buyer is responsible for shipping costs and a 10% restocking charge.
We offer a 16-30 day return policy for any reason buyer is responsible for shipping costs and a 20% restocking charge.
We offer a 31-60 day return policy for any reason buyer is responsible for shipping costs and a 50% restocking charge.
All returned items MUST be in the original box to be exchanged.
All returned items for refund are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee (no restocking fee on defective products or exchanges)

ASE Certified Mechanics must install compressor for warranty to be valid. The system must be flushed to remove all contamination from the damaged compressor, vacuum the system to remove the moisture from the system, replace the drier and consider replacing the condenser (if there is too much contamination), add oil.
Please keep ALL packing material and documentation (flushing and drier invoices from your mechanic shop) for claims made for problems in compressors.
