ASE Certified Mechanics must install compressor for warranty to be valid. The system must be flushed to remove all contamination from the damaged compressor, vacuum the system to remove the moisture from the system, replace the drier and consider replacing the condenser (if there is too much contamination), add oil.
Please keep ALL packing material and documentation (flushing and drier invoices from your mechanic shop) for claims made for problems in compressors.
