We specialize on any type of repair
of a system board this includes all types of failure, including the following
issues: Broken power jack, loose connection, need wiggle to connect, no power,
work with battery but doesn't work with ac adapter. No power, power but no
boot, over heat, shut down, random shut down, no sound, no video, no charge, do
not recognize devices, bad BIOS chip, system hangs, blue screen, cannot install
OS/software, not recognizing Wireless, Ethernet (LAN), PCMCIA, shut down when
moved, ac adapter turns off when plugged in, and printer port problems.
Believe it or not, most laptop/computer issues are relatively
simple to fix. But most repair shops don't have the ability to do the job to
the component level like we are able to. That's where we come in. We can give
you the lowest repair rate possible simply because we can fix to that faulty
component which causes your whole motherboard not to function.
Our goal is to provide you with an
excellent service in a timely manner way, our turn around varies from 1-3 business days, we will provide you with
all information required to send your motherboard for repair and you can call
or email us anytime to update you with your motherboard repair, we provide on
all our repair service a 3 months
warranty this includes only the labor and parts paid for the service, if your
motherboard is not repairable you will pay nothing except the return shipping
charges, we hold a 90 percent repair percentage on all our repair jobs , please
understand not all boards are repairable, some of them are beyond our repair
knowledge or are damaged too deeply that will cost more to fix it than to
replace it, we explain this carefully as we wouldn’t like a negative comment if
we fail on the repair service.
Method to Fix your Motherboard
1. Pack your Motherboard with Processor, Fan, Heat Sink, and Power switch if
applied. There are certain models that do not have the power switch integrated
into the board, for those we need the power switch.
2. Wrap the motherboard, Allow at least a 2" gap, which should be
filled by packing pop-corn, bubble wrap or paper, between the board and the
3. Attach a memo of your contact information including the repair service
provided by us and your phone number and address with the motherboard or laptop
and if known state briefly the failure.
4. Right after we receive your Motherboard, it will take 1-3 business days to
find the problem on the board and to know if is fixable or not, you can call us
or email us after 3 days to find out the final status, we are always available
from 10-630pm eastern time, Monday thru Friday, you can email call us at 305-629-8084
Q. May I keep my hard drive?
A. Yes. We understand that data is confidential and valuable to you. We have
the standard hard drive to test your computer. We don't touch your data;
however, you have the choice not to send the hard drive with the computer.
Q. Can I send the whole laptop?
A. Yes, you can send the whole laptop, if the motherboard is repaired, we will
charge you $170 for the laptop repair service this will include the motherboard
repair, the return shipping and the parts, you will be able to pay on a
Q. How do I pay?
A. You pay when the repair is complete. We will call you to confirm shipping
address and let you pay the action through eBay.
Q. What if you can't fix my motherboard?
A. Some computers damage to the circuit level which is beyond the repair. We
will send the computer back to you.
Q. How long does it take? (Expedite available at no extra cost)
A. The turnaround time is 1-3 days. Same day services for power jack
Q. what’s the warranty?
A. 90 days warranty on all repairs done, this will also include a money back
The BGA is descended from the pin grid array (PGA),
which is a package with one face covered (or partly covered) with pins in a grid pattern. These
pins are used to conduct electrical signals from the integrated circuit to the printed circuit board
(PCB) on which it is placed. In a BGA, the pins are replaced by balls of solder stuck to the bottom of the package. The device is placed on a
PCB that carries copper pads in a pattern that matches the solder balls. The
assembly is then heated, either in a reflow oven or by
an infrared heater,
causing the solder balls to melt. Surface tension causes
the molten solder to hold the package in alignment with the circuit board, at
the correct separation distance, while the solder cools and solidifies.
Certain components used in electronic assemblies are sensitive to static
electricity and can be damaged by its discharge. Static charges are created when
non-conductive materials are separated, such as when plastic bags are picked up
or opened, when friction occurs between articles of synthetic clothing, when
plastic tapes are dispensed and many other causes.
static charges are induced on nearby conductors, such as human skin, and
delivered in the form of sparks passing between conductors, such as when the
surface of printed board assembly is touched by a person having a static charge
potential. If touched at the right solder joint or conductive pattern, the
circuit board assembly can be damaged as the discharge passes through the
conductive pattern to a static sensitive component. It is important to note
that usually the static damage level for components cannot be felt by humans.
(Less than 3,000 volts.)
Electrical Overstress (EOS)
Electrical overstress damage can be caused by generation of unwanted energy;
such as spikes, occurring within soldering irons, solder extractors, testing
instruments and other electrically operated equipment. This equipment must be
designed as to prevent unwanted electrical discharges.
ESD/EOS Safe Work
The purpose of an ESD/EOS safe work area is to prevent damage to sensitive
components from spikes and static discharges. These areas must be designed and
maintained to prevent ESD/EOS damage.
Baking is used to eliminate absorbed moisture; whenever possible circuit boards
and circuit Board assemblies should be baked prior to soldering, unsoldering
and coating operation to prevent blistering, measling or other laminate
Preheating is used to promote the adhesion of subsequent materials to the board
surfaces and to raise the temperature of the circuit board to allow soldering
and unsoldering operations to be completed more quickly.
Auxiliary heating is the addition of a second source of heat. This can be from
a hot air tool, or from a second soldering station. A common application is to
provide additional heat when removing through hole components that may have
connections to internal power or ground planes.
Ball Grid Array, Chip Scale Packages, and Flip Chip Packages may require the
development of "Time Temperature Profiles" to remove or install these
