General Shipping & Handling Policy
All standard shipping will be via UPS or FedEx Ground. There will be a surcharge for shipments to HI, AK, & PR. We do not ship to P.O. Box except some candle products and small accessories. Most of the candles and small accessories will be shipped via USPS.
Express shipping are available at an additional charges as requested, please contact us before place your bid. Shipping rates vary by the weights and dimensions of the product and the final destination's ZIP code.
Our rates for international shipping charges are based on the calculations from the carriers’ website. Please contact us for a rate quote before placing your bid. Among the three major carriers, UPS, FedEx and USPS, we usually use USPS for regular international packages. We use UPS or FedEx on some oversized or overweighed packages, which are not accepted by USPS service. We might also use some other international freight forwarders for larger shipments.
For all international shipments, buyers or their brokers have to clear Customs and pay all required Tariff or fees according to your Local Customs Authority, no Exception for the orders with free shipping. Buyers have to provide a valid contact phone number in order for Custom Clearance. We will not responsible for any delays or undelivered shipments due to the buyer's fault on Custom Clearance. Buyers are also responsible to pay for the reshipments charges or fees.
Some of our products are ship to the US and Canada ONLY; please do not bid on those. If we cannot ship to where you live, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded immediately. All orders placed are usually processed and shipped within five business days unless otherwise indicated within the specify listing. Due to certain circumstances, there may be times where delays occur. In the case, we will notify you as soon as we acknowledge the delay. We cannot guarantee the exact arrival date because once your order leaves our warehouse we have no control on it.
There is no shipping during weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Orders placed during the weekend and national holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to make sure your address is the current and correct one at the time placing your order. Make sure that PayPal or eBay confirms the address. We will not double confirm your shipping address unless the carrier reports it as an undeliverable address. You must notify us immediately if there is an error on your shipping address, we cannot change the address after the shipment has been picked up, there will be a charge to reroute a shipment to a different address. All packages returned to us by the carriers as undeliverable will be held at our warehouse until we receive a valid updated shipping address from the buyer, additional fees are subjected to reship the order. We will not responsible for a lost shipment or the cost of the lost shipment due to the mistaken shipping address provided by buyers.
You may return an order within 30 days of purchase date. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the issuance of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # at which time the RMA # expires. The customer is responsible for returning the product in its original condition including all the accessories and boxes. Buyer pays return shipping and a 20% restocking fee unless the return is the result of our error. If wrong or manufacturer defective product was delivered, buyer must notify us within 72 hours of delivery, additional proofs of damage might be required, for example, some pictures and detailed descriptions of damages. No return will be accepted after product is used or installed. However, if you find anything wrong or damaged during the installation, we will send you the replacement free of charge unless the damages was caused by mishandling or careless installer.
Since you are also responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping process, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance on your return. Please send an e-mail to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. We normally send you the return instruction within 48 hours of the RMA request. Any returns sent back without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and no credit or refund will be issued. Buyer must provide the tracking number(s) for the return before the RMA expires. Refund notifications will be sent via e-mail once the returned item has been received and processed. Return processing time generally takes 7 - 10 business days. Please maintain all the receipts for your records.
This 30-days return policy will exclude those items listed as “No Returns Accepted” "Exchange ONLY" or "Store Credit ONLY".

- since we don't accept return for used or installed item, if our inspector finds out that your returned item was used or installed, such return will be rejected or you will be charged at least 50% of the purchased price for restocking fees in order for us to keep your return.
- Parts Missing or damaged Merchandise returned might be charged up to 70% of its purchased price. We also reserve the right to refuse such return.
- “No Returns Accepted” "Exchange ONLY" or "Store Credit ONLY” will be exchanged or replaced ONLY if wrong or manufacturer defective item was delivered, no extra payment required for the replacement or exchange. Our RMA department may require an inspection.
· Special Ordered and Custom-made items are not refundable and you cannot cancel a special or Custom-made order once it has been confirmed and paid.

Payments are due within 5 days of the purchased date (auction ended date) or an Unpaid Item Case will be automatically opened on the 6th day of the winning auction closed unless special notify from the buyer.
