Most of our Auto Parts are OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
An automobile part may carry the designation OEM if it is made by the same manufacturer and is the original part used when building and selling the vehicle. The term "aftermarket" is often used for non-OEM replacement parts.
If a part has a "N" or mentions "New", this is a new aftermarket part in most cases.
Most of our parts have been removed from salvaged vehicles and are still in good working & useable condition.
Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it. Some of our older parts have no part grade code- these are in good used condition.
A Grade
- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade
- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade
- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
