Cameras fitted with normal lenses do not allow the photographer to move closer than a certain minimum distance from the object being photographed. The Close-Up lens, which is simply mounted in the front of our normal lens, allows us to take close-ups and also makes possible the photography of details which would be quite impossible without using the Close-Up lens. This is a great solution to get as close to the subject as possible. These lenses enable you to get as close as 4 inches from the subject. Ideal for cataloging small items and focusing on details. Close up helps you go closer to a subject and help you to enlarge a particular portion from a group photograph. Because of short distance , depth -of- field being shallow, use of smallest lens stop is recommended. Macro lens has the biggest magnification. It is used to capture tiny details of the subject.

RED FILTER: This filter is specially used to effectively increase the contrast. Its ideal for dramatic cloud effects in all types of  landscapes. It can also be applied creatively in color and infrared photography.

YELLOW FILTER: This filter is highly effective for outdoor portraits is red is rendered dark while green appear slightly lighter. These filters are designed for use with Black & White photography. However, they can also be used in color photography to produce special color effects for professional purposes.

GREEN FILTER: Great for correcting skin tones, bringing out facial expressions in close-ups and emphasizing the feeling of liveliness. A green filter is highly effective for indoor portraits under tungsten lighting.

BLUE FILTER: This is a set of three strongly colored filters in Moonlight Blue, Vivid Pink and Deep Mauve and can be used to give a single color effect to the whole picture. Its supposed to be used in daylight, the Moonlight Blue filter gives the effect of a night time, moonlit scene whilst the other two filters allow graphic and unusual images to be produced for special impact.

ORANGE FILTER: This filter increases contrast between red and yellow. Its particularly useful for distant outdoor shots taken with a telephoto lens. Also useful in color photography for spectacular sunsets, seascapes, etc. These filters are primarily designed for use with Black & White photography. However, they can be used in color photography to produce special color effects.

               

      A polarizer lens filters are not much different to polarized sunglasses.
It does not color the photo, but it reduces glare and reflection. As a result, natural
colors can appear stronger and more vibrant in your photos. The most obvious place this can be
seen is in the sky, where a hazy sky can become a rich, saturated blue

5 IMAGE FILTER :This filter strongest effect when there is dark   background with large aperture.
The rotating  ring helps proper subject composition. The image on right side contains a  
square prism in the center of the attachment surface and four prisms in  the outer area.
It produces five images surrounded by four identical  images which may be moved around the periphery
by turning the rotating  mount.

3 IMAGE FILTER: It   produces one real image surrounded by two identical images. Here again,   the effect is   strongest with a dark background and at large aperture. It produces   three images and it has a rotating ring to help proper subject  composition

DIFFUSER FILTER :This  type of filter reduces contrast and as such can be used for taking   pictures with  variable soft effects. As the filters softens the skin-texture, the  portraits of female models can be made very charming. Effects strongest   with  50-100 mm or bigger focal length lenses at larger apertures.

      

                                                                                                                                                            

A diffuser is designed to soften the image very slightly. Its surface is dappled very faintly, a little bit like the glass used for some patio tables. It is mainly intended for use in portraiture, but can also be used with pastoral scenes. The photos below show the effect of the filter. On the left, the image is unfiltered, on the right the image is filtered. The differences can be seen in the skin texture, sharply imaged at left, and softer at right.

      

          

SPECIAL SOFTEN DIFFUSER FILTER 3 : Usually used in portraits to retain overall image clarity while softening unwanted details. This filter will tone down wrinkles and skin blemishes, while leaving the eyes appearing sharp.
