We are a custom furniture and light fixture builder and repair company. We have hundreds of hardware items in the warehouse and have decided to sell off some of everything. We plan to keep enough to take care of our needs the remainder must go. 99% of it is new never used. We will tell you if the listing has any used items in it. If you would like a smaller or larger quantity of something just let us know, we will see what we can do for you. Wholesale lots will be listed cheaper, per piece, than small lots due to the extra handling. Most of the listings will be shipped free no hidden costs. If you have been looking for something and can't find it, ask us, we might have it.

Due to unpleasant experiences with some buyers, we had to add the following comment: “Please read the listing carefully and think before you bid.” Under no circumstances should you bid/win and then question the terms. Some items might be marked with an invisible security mark which must be intact in the event of a return. If you find a contradiction in the listing, email me, don't bid until it has been clarified. We kindly request that you pay immediately following the close of the auction, or as stated in the auction, via the method of payment stated. If you require other arrangements, please email us prior to placing your bid.
We need a physical address for delivery via UPS. All "Ship to Addresses" must be confirmed if paying by PayPal. If you can't provide a physical address for an UPS delivery, please don't bid. Tracking information will be poster upon shipping, please check your spam email.
All Non-Payers are reported to eBay as such NO EXCEPTIONS.
Carrier Shipping FEES:
Please note that we usually ship FREE. Please also note that all carriers recently increased their rates. When we do charge for shipping seperatly our auctions are calculated … … that means that we enter the weight of the item, the size of the box into the EBAY calculators and the shipping fee is generated based on the carriers rates. Shipping is not a profit center for us. We have no control over the rates that the carrier charges. Please don't email us regarding “excessive” shipping fees. If you want a quotation on the shipping fee please ask.
Shipping will include professional packing, insurance and delivery to a physical address via UPS or the Postal Service, to the lower 48 states. If you require shipping outside of the lower 48 states, please email us for a shipping quote. Combined shipping is available, but please email us prior to the close of your auction. We will gladly combine your items but we reserve the right to determine how many boxes will need to be used. Perhaps not all the items that you win can fit into one box.
1. Incompatible items will not be combined IE pottery with fine crystal.
2. Flat rate shipping applies to the lower 48 United States.
3. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped only by quotation.
4. Occasionally the Calculated Shipping Option-EBAY calculators don't work properly, if the fee you see seems too high, please email us for verification.
5. We will not falsify Customs values, so please don't ask.
6. Shipping concerns & fees should be addressed PRIOR to placing your bid not after the close of the auction.
Occasionally items will break during transit. We don't ship items that are broken or damaged unless otherwise disclosed in the description. If something arrives damaged you will need to let us know within 3 days so that we can file a US claim for you. This is the only way you will get compensated. We will no longer absorb loss outside of the 3 day period. No exceptions and please don't tell us that we shipped it with damage.
Return shipping is at your expense if you choose to waive the filing of a claim. We pack securely but have no control of handling once the item leaves our possession. All items need to be inspected within 1 day of receipt in the event of a damage claim. Keep all packing materials & broken items.
Please don't give us negative feedback because the item was damaged by the carrier; this is not fair to us. All US Claims will be filed by us for you; please communicate within 3 days so we can facilitate this for you. We strive for 5 STAR Ratings on our sales. Please contact us if you have a problem. PLEASE don't leave Negative comments, feedback or ASSUME the worst without contacting us first to try and reach a resolution. We are easy to work with and refunds will be pro-rated if agreed upon due to substantial errors in the description.
Refunds are for the value of the winning bid and do not cover shipping and are given once we receive the item in questions with the invisible security mark intact. Please ask questions prior to bidding. We will be happy to answer all questions and send additional photos.
A Word About Item Condition:
Many of our items are the result of Estate Sales or other finds and as such will not be in MINT condition unless otherwise stated. The item description is not all inclusive and only major or gross flaws may be disclosed. Expect each item to have some wear or use consistent being previously owned. We will do our best to describe each item including flaws or damage; however we are not experts on each item that is listed. So if a particular aspect or condition is important to you, please ask for more photos prior to placing your bid. We take lots of photos and will be happy to email them to you. If the item is “New” it will be so stated in the description clearly.
Returns are accepted for any reason. Please note that the refund will be for the cost of the product only. We cannot refund the shipping unless we sent you the wrong item. If you have questions please ask them before bidding, not after you bid and win the item.
