Payment

We currently accept PayPal only for all transactions. Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction’s closing. If payment is not received within that time period we reserve the right to relist the item and sell it to the next auction winner.
Sales tax will be collected for all goods shipping to the State of Georgia.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. Combined shipping discounts will be applied to multiple-item purchases as long as all items are paid for with one combined payment through our checkout system (see checkout section above).


Shipments to International locations are shipped via FedEx International Economy, except for addresses with remote area delivery fee and orders with large packages, which are shipped via USPS. Priority Mail. WE DO NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS. 


All international orders will be subject to duties and/or tariffs imposed by the local governments, as well as possible brokerage fees imposed by the shipping company. By purchasing this item, International customers must agree to be liable for any and all of these charges. We will not mark your package as a gift, sample, or replacement.


Backstreet Shoes will not falsify any customs documentation.             
International Shipments may also be subject to delays due to customs and import procedures.


Backstreet Shoes has no control over any delays in an item passing through customs and cannot be held responsible for any such delays. Fedex will not deliver to any PO Box, APO, or FPO Address. 



  Can I get a tracking number for my order?
  

  You will   receive an e-mail with tracking information after your order leaves our warehouse. Please make sure to check your junk mail box before contacting us.   Please be understanding that we receive large numbers of emails daily and respond to them in the order in which they are received.

If you are the winning bidder, click the Pay Now button at the top of this listing to immediately proceed to our checkout and payment process. Please note that the Pay Now button is ONLY available after winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase. If you do not use our checkout your order will be significantly delayed.


Checkout Later - If you do not choose to Checkout now, you will be notified by eBay
via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction’s closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system,
where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase. 


You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay store.
You have 7 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure that all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout and one payment. We cannot
combine multiple purchases if you check out separately.


Address Changes- We ship a high volume of packages on a daily basis and are not able to make address changes. When you are checking out, please make sure the shipping address is correct. If it is not, please update this information before checking out so that the correct information is on the order.

Returns

We strive to ship all orders exactly as you would expect to receive them. In the unfortunate event that we ship you the wrong color/style we will be happy to rectify for you immediately. Hey, mistakes happen, we aren’t perfect! Please contact us
via eBay messages to fix the problem before leaving feedback. We will send you a return label to send the goods back to us as quickly as possible.


If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in original condition within 14 days of item’s receipt. You must contact us before attempting to ship the product back to obtain an RMA number. Returns must be received by us within 10 days of issuing the RMA number to you. The returned item must be in the exact same condition as it was when we shipped it to you. All returns must come in their original box with all packing tissue. Once the item is returned to us, we will gladly refund the full purchase price to you minus a restocking fee of $5.00. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and you are responsible for the shipping
costs to return the item to our warehouse. 


We DO NOT refund shipping costs. Even when the order is "Free shipping" we incur in shipping costs, and it will be deducted from the total to be refunded ($9.99). 
 

Due to the nature of the auction system and our rapidly changing inventory, we cannot offer exchanges for a different size, color, or style after the auction closes or after you receive the goods. In the event you purchased the wrong size, please contact us for a return or exchange. If you want a different pair, we will gladly accept your return and you are welcome to purchase on another item that we are selling.
