Shipping & Handling

No PO box, APO/FPO.

Please always make sure your shipping address is accurate. We will not make any changes to your shipping address. No exceptions.

Any returned package due to wrong or insufficient address will be taken picture and sent to your registered Paypal email address as proof. We will be either (upon request):

1. allow an additional charge for second-round shipping
2. ask for a refund minus the original shipping cost

Combined shipping is available with just $2 for the first item and $1.00 for any additional item. Bigger shipping discount on 8 or more items, please contact us for more details.

Shipping fee is non-refundable. Please make sure the shipping cost is correct before making the payment. Otherwise, you can either request an invoice or send us an email message for the adjusted shipping fee.

Orders placed before 7pm will be shipped the next business day once payments are cleared, unless otherwise stated.

NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON NAIL PRODUCTS.

Return policy

No returns or exchanges on any and all electrical appliances for any reason unless the item is proven defective when it arrives.

We cannot accept returns on any lacquers, acrylics, UV gels, treatments, top coats, base coats, cosmetics, eyelash, liquids, lotions, etc...due to health issues.

All items must be in New and Unused Condition. All items will be inspected upon return.

All returns need an RA# in order to be returned. Any item sent back with no RA# will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

If we make an error and send you something that you did not order, you of course may return the item. We will rectify the error in a timely manner and reimburse you for any shipping expense you might have incurred. Please email us to discuss the details prior to returning any item.

If an item which was ordered under our "Free Shipping" special is returned for a refund, the original shipping charge we incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded. This, of course, does not apply if the error was made by our staff

Canceled Orders

Any order canceled by the buyer prior to processing will be deleted without charge. Should an order be canceled after it has been processed and shipped, the buyer will be responsible for returning the package at his/her own expense. Upon receipt back to our location, the merchandise cost on the refused or returned items will be refunded to the buyer less the original shipping cost and restocking fee (25%).

Damaged, Missing or Lost Goods/Packages

If for any reason, the packages arrive with damaged goods, or missing products. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery enclosed with a picture taken of the condition upon its arrival. This includes the packing envelope, packing slip together with the products. These information are very crucial as they help our staff speed up the verification of your statements as well as the replacement process. Your case will not be processed without these required pieces. No exceptions.

If for any reason, you haven't received your goods as you should on expected delivery date. We'd like to suggest waiting 3-5 more business days before contacting us as UPS/USPS may have delayed the delivery process due to high shipping volume. If the initial waiting period has passed and your packages still has not arrived, please let us know and we'll track the item on your behalf.
