CYLINDER BORED & HONED WITH A RMC CNC MACHINE & A SUNNEN CNC CYLINDER HONE WITH TORQUE PLATES TO A MAXIMUM OF .030.  NO SLEEVES OR CRACK REPAIRED BLOCK!

MAIN BEARING SADDLES ALIGN HONED TO SPECS & BEARINGS CLEARANCES ARE VERIFIED.  THIS IS PART OF THE BLUEPRINT PROCESS.  WE DO NOT TRY AND REPAIR BLOCKS WITH "SPUN" MAIN BEARINGS.  WE JUNK THOSE BLOCKS!

BLOCK DECKS ARE SURFACED WITH CBN CUTTERS.  THIS IS THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY IN SURFACING CAST IRON TO ENSURE PROPER GASKET SEALING.  WE CHECK ALL SURFACES WITH A PROFILOMETER (DEVICE USED TO CHECK SURFACE FINISH - DIFFERENT GASKETS REQUIRE DIFFERENT SURFACE FINISHES).  WE DO NOT USE HEAD GASKET "SHIMS".

CRANKSHAFT IS HEAT TREATED (THERMAL CONVECTION OVEN - BETTER AND EASIER ON THE CASTING THAN YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION RE-BUILDER THERMAL OVEN), SHOT PEENED (STRESS RELIEVES), AND MACHINED A MAXIMUM OF .010 ON ROD & MAIN JOURNALS.  CRANKSHAFT IS THEN BALANCED A DIGITAL CRANKSHAFT BALANCER.  NO WELDED CRANKSHAFT JOURNALS!

CONNECTING RODS ARE HEAT TREATED (THERMAL CONVECTION OVEN), SHOT PEENED (STRESS RELIEVES), & RECONDITIONED TO SPECS & BEARING CLEARANCES ARE VERIFIED.  THIS IS PART OF THE BLUEPRINT PROCESS.  MATCHED & BALANCED SET OF RODS.  WE DO NOT TRY AND RECONDITION RODS WITH "SPUN" BEARINGS.  WE JUNK THOSE RODS!

CYLINDER HEADS REMANUFACTURED TO OEM SPECS WITH SERDI & ROTTLER EQUIPMENT.  MULTI-ANGLE VALVE JOB, VALVE GUIDES HONED IN A SUNNEN GUIDE HONE.  HEADS ARE SURFACED ON THE GASKET SURFACE WITH CBN CUTTERS & CNC EQUIPMENT (LATEST TECHNOLOGY IN SURFACING CAST IRON) TO ENSURE PROPER GASKET SEALING.  SURFACES ARE THEN CHECKED WITH THE SAME PROFILOMETER USED ON BLOCK GASKET SURFACES.

WE DO NOT WELD OR REPAIR CRACKED OR DAMAGED CYLINDER HEAD CASTINGS.  WE DO NOT "SHIM" WEAK VALVE SPRINGS TO INCREASE PRESSURE (WE REPLACE).  WE DO NOT USE BRONZE VALVE GUIDE LINERS (THEY FAIL), WE REPLACE THE VALVE GUIDE (NOT TRY & REPAIR IT).

ASSEMBLED LONG BLOCK IN TESTED FOR COMPRESSION AND OIL PRESSURE BEFORE SHIPPING.  OUR ENGINE BUILDERS HAVE A COMBINED 60 YRS EXPERIENCE & ARE ASE MASTER ENGINE MACHINIST.

FREE SHIPPING AND CORE PICKUP TO MOST ZIP CODES IN THE UNITED STATES (EXCEPT ALASKA & HAWAII) .  YOU MUST HAVE A LOADING DOCK OR FORKLIFT TO UNLOAD THE ENGINE.  A TRUCK WITH A LIFT-GATE CAN BE SENT FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $100.00 EACH WAY.  IF ZONED AS LIMITED ACCESS THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $100.00.  WE WILL NEED THE SHIP TO ADDRESS, BILL TO ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS, & ALL PHONE NUMBERS NECESSARY (WORK, CELL, SHIP TO PHONE NUMBER, ETC.). SOMEONE MUST BE AT THE SHIP TO ADDRESS TO SIGN & RECEIVE THE ENGINE AND TO RETURN THE CORE.

NO CORE CHARGE WILL BE BILLED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, BUT BY BUYING YOU AGREE TO HAVE THE ENGINE CORE & SHIPPING CONTAINER READY FOR PICKUP AND RETURN TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ENGINE.  FAILURE TO DO SO WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY (UNTIL CORE CHARGE IS PAID IN FULL) & YOU WILL BE BILLED AND LIABLE FOR $1750.00 FOR THE SHIPPING CONTAINER AND THE ENGINE CORE NOT RETURNED.  ANY CORE ENGINES NOT RETURNED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME MAY BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF 20%.
