The way we can offer up to 50% off retail is that our stock is purchased from carrier over stock, carrier liquidation, or carrier returned phones. We buy our stock at premium prices since we only buy A++ stock. We do NOT refurbish any phones that we receive. Refurbished phones means that a phone was ounce broken and is repaired to fully function. We only buy fully functional phones. The only part of the phone that sometimes gets physically changed maybe the front of the housing, If we receive a carrier returned phone that is deeply scratched we may replaced the front plate or screen. Our phones are sold phone only to us. We buy the box, manual, charger etc from various vendors in the USA. This is how we can offer a product at the lowest possible price.
