The ole Captain has been busy sorting through all the tender treasures and here’s what he found in the Cove for you to bid upon today…..

I JUST ADDED A TON OF NEW ITEMS TO MY EBAY STORE AND ADJUSTED PRICES ACROSS THE BOARD!
I have plenty more Cadillac parts available from 1965 -1970! Anything outside of these years that I may have for auction or in the store are just singular items, I don't stock parts for those years. If you don't see an auction for a particular part, just ask and I can check if I have it available for auction or listing in my eBay store! You can also add me to your Favorite Seller list as I'm always getting new parts and subscribers find out in advance when I'm having a sale!
Used Parts Rating System
Show Quality (SQ): A part that is brand new or excellent New Old Stock. New Old Stock does NOT imply perfect as factory parts were mass produced and rarely perfect when they were new. It just means a replacement part from the factory never installed. Would work for a show car all the way to daily driver.
Cruise Night / Light Show (CNLS): A part in excellent used condition with little to no wear. Such parts may exhibit very light pitting, scratches and handling wear consistent with a well kept, used part.
Daily Driver (DD): A part that is in good used condition shows signs of average wear and age such as medium pitting, scratches, chips, minor cracks etc. Could improve with some restoration or is an excellent core. Looks nice from 5-10 feet on a daily driven car.
Better Than Nothing (BTN): A part that is just as the rating sounds. The part has heavy aging and wear which would include heavy pitting, large cracks, deep scratches, minorly broken pieces etc. BUT is mostly complete, not broken severely and serviceable. Can be used on your daily driver only if you have a completely broken piece, are missing the part entirely or are looking for a core to rebuild / restore.
******PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR BID****** IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE BELOW MENTIONED ITEMS, DO NOT BID! A recent rash of people bidding WITHOUT reading the entire auction and not agreeing after has caused me to more vividly detail my policies. I don't need to place auctions, I do it to help others restore their cars with very nice parts and cause I enjoy the hobby. If you're the type to nit pick USED 40 year old parts, PLEASE DO NOT BID. I don't need the headaches.
Terms and Conditions:
Bidders with zero feedback rating must contact me before placing a bid. If no contact is made, the bid will be cancelled. DO NOT BID if you don't have the money or means to pay. Bid only what you are able to afford or what you believe is fair value for the item. It costs money to place auctions and there is no tolerance for non-paying bidders. All auctions are serious and are binding contracts.
All items are given the most accurate description possible. Additional pics of an item can be furnished (within reason) if requested. Since I'm just as human as the next person, it is possible for me to miss a flaw, blemish, defect etc. so please ask ANY and ALL questions concerning an item BEFORE placing your bid (THIS INCLUDES DIMENSIONS, UNSEEN AREAS, INTERCHANGABILITY, APPLICATION, ITEM SPECIFICS ETC). No form of warranty is expressed or implied and all items are sold in AS IS condition. I do not endorse any item sold or vouch for original manufacturer’s quality or construction. All items are in USED condition unless otherwise stated in the auction. All sales are FINAL! Sorry, but I have to stand firmly by this as too many a time has a customer bought something without asking questions only to find out it won’t work for them, find out that part wasn’t the problem or burn out an electrical item and want to return it. I can’t be out losing money on two way shipping / listing fees etc and ending up with a stack of abused parts that people used to diagnose a problem with. I have plenty of experience with these cars as well as shop manuals at my disposal to assist you in getting the right part and I’m more than happy to offer the help if asked. (Note: Doesn’t mean I’m 100% correct as diagnosing problems in 40+ year old cars from 100 - 20,000 miles away isn’t an exact science)
Payments are currently accepted by PAYPAL ONLY!!! If you need to use a check, PayPal offers E-Checks which work just like regular checks. These are NOT instant payments as PayPal payments thru credit credits / account fundings are! They take time to clear just like a regular check does and your item will not ship till the E-Check clears! The only other exception is I accept cash for an item that is picked up locally (on the rare occasions that someone has to pick up something large).
Don't bid and THEN ask for a mailing address or tell me that you're mailing a payment. I will not give you this information and if you still go about getting my address and mailing a payment, I will write RETURN TO SENDER on it and send it on its way back to you. Yes, it's sad that I have to include this information but some people just believe that I have to accept whatever way they feel like paying for an item. If you're one of those people, seek professional help. I won't even take this kind of guff from my wife much less you. (Hope she never reads this, and if she happens to, I’m sorry and the Godiva chocolates and diamond bracelet are on the way. Please don’t hurt me.). All payments must be received 5 days after auction's end. Non-payment will result in relisting of the item and blacklisting from all future auctions of mine.
PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICE! This is so if you win multiple auctions that can be shipped together, I can calculate proper postage since eBay’s system doesn’t always to do it correctly. If you buy items in the store and are also waiting for a live auction to end, you can always let me know so I can wait on sending an invoice to save on shipping costs rather than pay for the store item shipping and then again on the auction item. The shipping quote is shipping AND handling of your package. This includes packing materials, printer ink, labels, tape, insurance on the package, fuel to transport packages to the post office/UPS center, my time standing in line for over an hour of my life I’ll never get back while an old lady pays for a booklet of stamps in nickels at the counter and the other guy is arguing with the clerk over why he can’t have packages shipped to an address he don’t live at and all other possible expenses to get your item into your hands as quick and safely as possible. Please consider all this when leaving your star rating for S/H. All packages are shipped on the Friday or Saturday AFTER payment is received. These are my only shipping days as this is not my full time job so don't email on Thursday asking where your package is that you paid for on Sunday. I ship via USPS and UPS. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including a $3 packing fee on packages shipped thru UPS or USPS which do not fit standard postal boxes. Multiple auction wins are eligible for combined shipping as long as the items can be shipped together (fragile items will not be combined with heavy items etc.). I will only ship to PAYPAL CONFIRMED addresses! Please make sure your PayPal shipping address is CURRENT! This will avoid lost or delayed packages that were shipped to the address you lived at 3 moves ago and in another state.
PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICE! All items will ONLY be shipped in a box! Please do not ask for me to ship parts in an envelope as I only use Priority Airmail International to ship so that all items arrive safely. Please DO NOT ask me why a small 2 oz. part costs almost $30 to ship. Minimum shipping on a 1 lb or under package internationally is $25.20 BEFORE s/h fees. This is what the post office charges, I don’t make the prices. If you decide to change the shipping invoice I send you and pay what you feel like for shipping, your package will be held till original invoice shipping is fully paid! You know who you are! Please DO NOT ask me to put a lower value on the dispatch paperwork cause if the package is damaged or lost, it's only insured for the VALUE LISTED ON THE DISPATCH! I'm not the person who taxes international packages, that's YOUR government so any problems with having to pay taxes on the package value are between you and your government, not me. Once your package has been accepted by the shipper, it's out of my hands and I can't accept any responsibility as to delivery times cause the package can be held up ANYWHERE along the way by airports, customs etc. This is the risk associated with overseas shipping. If you don't agree to these terms, DO NOT BID! 40% of my sales are to international customers and I have had almost no issues shipping internationally and nearly all of my customers have had pleasant transactions. The only problems I've had have been with people who DON'T FOLLOW THE RULES BEFORE BIDDING, and then tell me it's my fault cause they didn't read the rules.
Once you receive your item/items, please inspect them and email me if there are any problems before leaving feedback and star ratings. I will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
If you are pleased with the transaction, please leave a positive feedback and make sure to fill in the star ratings for all 4 parts of the transaction. The higher my star rating gets, the cheaper I can offer the parts to my customers so everyone benefits! I don’t usually leave return feedback immediately after receiving, I leave it all for the end of the month but I do leave it, so don’t worry about getting yours.
