PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment Terms and Sales tax
Items must be paid within 7 days of the end of the auction. A non-paying bidder notification will be filed for non-payment if the auction is not paid for within 7 days. If you bid on something by mistake you may be subject to a 10% restock and relisting fee. Please contact us if this occurs.
South Carolina requires us to charge 8% sale tax to residents of SC.
Toucan Charlies accepts PayPal or Visa, MC, Discover or Amex over the phone.
Processing
Toucan Charlies is open Mon-Fri. Therefore we process and ship items on these days. We try to ship al items within 24 hours of payment, but there are some exceptions so please bear with us. We are not open on all major holidays.
SHIPPING TERMS:
All Items are shipped with FedEx or USPS depending on what you purchase with what shipping rates that are available. All rates are listed in shipping Details in auction. If you are bidding on an item from overseas, make sure your country is on the approved countries list. WE WILL NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS!
International Duties, Taxes and Fees
Please contact your local customs agent for approximate import duties and taxes for International shipments. Toucan Charlies will not be held responsible for this fee, as they can vary by location. Charges to clear your customs office for taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipments are shipped with "the actual merchandise price" to comply with customs guidelines. This is the law. Do not send me an email and ask to change this. Shipping prices DO NOT include duties or taxes. This is the responsibility of the buyer. If you are not sure, please call your local custom officials.
Shipping Times
Days in transit do not include weekends or holidays.
First Class Mail (Domestic) – 2-5 Days
Priority Mail (Domestic) – 1-4 Days
First Class International Mail – Varies depending on location. CAN TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS TO DELIVER. There is no Guarantee.
International Priority – 5-10 days (with tracking)
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information when your item is shipped.. All emails will be sent to your eBay email address you have on file. You will be able to track the status of your item on www.fedex.com or www.usps.com. If you did not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder. Tracking is not available for INTERNATIONAL 1st CLASS MAIL!!!
International Shipping
Please make sure your country is on the approved countries list before bidding. Please contact your local customs agent for approximate import duties and taxes for Canada shipments. Toucan Charlies is not responsible for this fee, as they can vary by location. International shipments are shipped with "the actual merchandise price" to comply with customs guidelines. International shipments can’t be tracked with first class mail. We offer this service as discounted rate for our international buyers. This is a big risk on our part. We know there is no way to track these items. Toucan Charlies will not be responsible for lost items. If you have a problem with this, we suggest upgrading to international priority. This potion will allow you to track the purchase every step of the way. For all international orders, we suggest having items sent priority mail to reduce the risk of losing an item.
Please note that any taxes, duties, or import fees charged by your government are your responsibility. These vary by country. Please contact your local customs agent for more information.
All international shipments include a commercial invoice with the required declared value, which cannot be changed. This is the law.
