Would never work as a keychain
I took it out of the packaging (which I thought was very adequate), pushed the switch a few times and it slid apart into all of its pieces. It's like it was held to the plexiglas with sugar and water. For me, this is exactly what I needed -- I bought the switch so I could disassemble it and 3D model it for a project. For almost everyone who buys this, though, it probably won't be a worthwhile investment
