The items may be picked up for free at one of our 5 showroom locations.
This item is shipped via freight in a factory sealed box and we will pack your material well enough to protect it against any damage during the shipment. Shipping is CURBSIDE DELIVERY ONLY. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time; we recommend that you have help available upon arrival. The freight company is only responsible for unloading this item off the truck. They will NOT bring it to your backyard, garage, or inside the residence.

Before signing for delivery, count the boxes and inspect the package for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. However, It is normal for the packaging to show some wear.

If there is any visible damage upon receiving he package, you must note the damage on the freight bill before signing. No claims will be filed unless the damage is noted on the freight bill. Also taking pictures will help process your claim faster.

If there is no visible damage, sign and accept the package. If you find a damage after opening the boxes you need to call our customer service within 7 days so we can help fix the problem. We may need you to take pictures of the product to identify the problem.

Correct shipping address and a phone number is required to ship the goods.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt, please simply send it back for a refund or store credit. Please save the boxes that item came in.
You have 7 days to file a claim for a damaged product.
All damage claims will be refused without original boxes, NO EXCEPTIONS!
You will be responsible for any return shipping expense and risk.
All returns must be AUTHORIZED BY US with an issued reference number BEFORE SHIPPING OUT
