The most advanced HID ballasts made in China use a CPU programming controller (Digital Ballast). The program is so easy to copy that an electrical engineer could easily make this type of ballast in his living-room. This is why HID makers in China have grown so rapidly. These types of ballasts are not capable of real-time lamp monitoring (lamp current always changing). The operation is not smooth and safe, and then it causes many problems from electrical damage to possible fire loss. This chipset has the capabilities of real-time lamp-monitoring and protection. Our chipset stabilizes the unit for perfect function at all times in all conditions. This crucial point is why our HID ballasts can last up to 10,000 Hours without any problems. HID bulb life is 5,000 hours using our ballast, compared to only 2,000 hours using CPU controller found in China ballasts. Our HID systems can be put in a class of quality that very few companies can reach. If you look at any company in our class you’ll see they all charge $1,000 + for the same system.

Orders to the United States are shipped by UPS or USPS.

International Orders

We ship all over the world at a fixed rate of $20USD, which includes insurance for the full amount of the merchandise purchased.

Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. For orders placed during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st, the return period is extended to 60 days. The following rules apply:

Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.

All returns must be made with a valid RMA form.

We will reimburse you the actual shipping fees for exchange if we shipped incorrect quantity, incorrect item or defective item.

Return Procedure:
To return a product you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You may request an RMA number by calling our customer service: 1(888) 544-8417

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.
When a replacement part is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we must temporarily authorize your credit card until the original merchandise is returned.

Refunds/Credits:
After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card or Paypal). Please allow an additional 3-5 days for the credit to appear on your account.

We offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on every HID kit we sell. From the date of purchase, we will replace for free, any part of the HID kit that may become defective, including the ballasts, igniters, bulbs and relay.
