We do not offer refunds. But if there is a problem with the item we will exchange it for a similar item or issue a credit for future purchase. It must be reported within 3 days of item delivery that is verified by shipping company. Here is our normal policy:
Seller is a private seller and not affiliated with the manufacturer in any way. We don't represent manufacturers or their warranties. There is no extended warrantee, however we do give you 7 days to report any issues and we will take care of those. We don't offer refunds, but do offer replacements as needed. Our first option is to replace any broken or non-working parts first. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer when there is any return required. When we replace a part or the whole item, the return of the item being replaced must before we send out the replacement. Again the buyer will cover shipping costs on the return and exchange. You can request that we test the item prior to shipping the original purchase. Otherwise normally we leave the item fully packaged as we recieve it from the manufacturer.
