What you get:
60 Titleist Pro V1 golf balls. These balls are in good condition. They may have pen marks, slight color variation or light scuffs but nothing that would affect ball flight. NO refurbished or refinished balls, NO X-outs, NO practice balls. Just genuine cleaned and graded golf balls. There will be logo balls in the mix. The percentage of logo balls is completely random but generally the combination of the popularity and lower retail price of the ball is a good gauge for logos in the mix. We do NOT separate logo balls in or out of the mix.
What's the difference?
Most balls in our AAAA grade are what others consider their TOP grade. Check out most other sellers selling "mint" condition balls and you'll find that they describe them as having pen marks or slight blemishes. That's what you call "mint"??? Any balls with these characteristics are what WE consider AAAA balls or "2nd tier". Would you buy a mint condition car with scratches and graffitti on the doors? Then why buy mint condition balls with blemishes?
Shipping
There is NO additional charge for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Most sellers charge extra for shipping to these states when in reality Priority Mail costs no more than shipping to any other state. The stated shipping charge in the auction is the price you pay for these states. Most packages will ship Priority Mail but some may ship with UPS.
When is my payment due?
Your payment for any auction you win is due within 5 days of the end of the auction. An unpaid item notice will be filed if payment is not received within 5 days.
How do you ship internationally?
ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ARE SHIPPED VIA U.S. POSTAL SERVICE INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by YOU. We have NO control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from drmulligansgolf, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. All VAT taxes must be paid by YOU.
International Packages are shipped as "merchandise with actual purchase prices" to comply with custom guidelines. DON'T ASK US TO LOWER THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT FOR YOUR TAX BENEFIT. IT'S NOT WORTH THE RISK OF A PRODUCT AUDIT TO US. We try to get our products to you at the lowest possible price to erase the burden for you.
What is your return policy?
Returns are rare, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to the return address on the shipping label. Please be sure to include your auction number and the reason for your return. Shipping a return is to be paid by YOU. If we make a mistake on your order, please send anything in question, again, YOU pay shipping. We will replace whatever is wrong and include extra product to compensate your shipping charge.
