We gladly accept all returns for exchange under the following terms and conditions: Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them and be received by us within 30 days of auction end for ebay items. Items must be returned in unworn and resalable condition including the shoe/boot box. Do not put tape or labels directly onto the shoebox. Items returned with tape or shipping labels on the box are subject to a $5 restocking fee. When trying shoes on, walk only on carpeted surfaces so as to not scuff the soles. For US and Canada customers, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price of the item but Costs of returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the buyer.
