The products we put at auction and in our ebay store were previously available for sale in catalog or retail stores. Some items may have one or more price tags with mark-downs. Some items are returns and others are store pulls missing the original tags. Since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g. from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse) they can show signs of further handling. Items that are dusty or have any dirt marks are washed prior to listing. All of our nwt or nwot items come directly from actual manufacturers and retailers warehouses and are guaranteed 100% authentic.

In addition to nwt and nwot items, we sell slightly used and vintage clothing. All used items are checked for flaws but we do on occasion miss very small defect. All items are 100% return guaranteed. All items that are not new are washed with dye free, perfume free laundry detergent.
