Although returns are extremely rare, In the event that your merchandise is defective or damaged when received we will gladly replace within 30 days of received. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs sent back to us. Item must be sent back in with original packaging just as it came to you when received. Once item is received, we will send off the replacement(s) and cover all shipping costs back to you. If you do not wish for a replacement or merchandise credit we will be happy to offer a refund minus a 20% restocking fee of total payment received. This restock fee is to only help cover a small portion of the expenses we incur with eBay fees and postage involved. Please understand that returns can be very frustrating and unwanted for both parties. Having you unhappy is never our goal and we will always do our best to quickly resolve.
