Shipping

*During checkout, if the shipping amount is incorrect (Ebay glitch),  DO NOT pay yet!  Please wait for us to send you a new invoice with the discount reflected.  We send invoices daily at 11:30 am and 7:00 pm US Pacific time.

We ship all items within 24 hours  upon receiving the payment!

If buying multiple items,  do not pay yet until you're done bidding.  Because upon receipt of payment, the item will be shipped immediately.  If items are paid for separately, they will be shipped separately as well and will no longer qualify for the combined shipping discount. 

Items purchased must be within 5 days from the first item bidded on to qualify for combined shipping discount.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES: It is the buyer's responsibility to update the shipping address on BOTH their ebay and PayPal accounts. We ship to the address listed on the PayPal account.  No exceptions.  

International buyers:  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

We take lots of pictures of the items because we think it's the ethical and fair thing to do. We want to show you all the angles, close-ups, and other important details.

Terms of Sale 

Our items and the shipping charges are as priced and are non-negotiable.  We don't accept offers or requests for further discounts beyond the combined shipping discount that we offer.  If you don't agree with the terms, please do not bid on or buy the item(s).  

Besides looking at the size of the item, please be sure to also check the measurements.  If you don't know your measurements, compare the measurements of the item against one of the items you own and measure it while lying flat as well. 

Please be careful when bidding:  make sure you bid on the item that you want!!  Please make sure it is the right item, the right size, the right color, etc.  We cannot make any switches (sizes, colors, etc.).  Ebay mandates that the item won is the actual item sent. 

Once the item is won or the listing ended, you cannot withdraw from the purchase and must make the payment. This is ebay policy. There are no exceptions to this rule including any personal situations that occur.

Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered.  If you wish to return the item, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.

Before returning the item, please take into consideration the following: 

Color is different in person: Please note computer monitor settings vary and may depict the shade differently from what it is in person. 

The item is damaged and it was not disclosed in the listing:  We inspect our items thoroughly at different stages of our listing process.  Please contact us if we have overlooked something and we can assist you.

Return Guidelines:

Buyer must file the return through the eBay transaction of the item.

Item being returned must be received within 14 days of delivery date of item to buyer.

Item being returned must be in its Original, Unworn, Unaltered condition, with no signs of wear, fragrance or mark. 

Buyer pays Return Shipping.

We inspect the item being returned.  Item may be subject to return denied or a 15% to 50% re-stocking fee if it does not meet the above criteria. 

Buyer must include User ID, Buyer Name, Item Number inside the package with the item in order to process the return.
