Q: Who is MP4 Tickets?

A: Yes, unless noted, ALL seats we sell are together.

Q: Your auction lists multiple tickets in the title but under "seats available" it only lists one ticket. Is the price listed the price for each individual ticket?
A: This is a dutch auction meaning you choose the quantity of tickets you need. The price listed is per ticket and you can choose your desired quantity of tickets when you go to check out. Your tickets will still be consecutive seats unless noted otherwise.

Q: Your auction is for more tickets than I need, will you split the auction into a smaller quantity?
A: As long as we are not left with just one ticket we should be able to split the auction. Please call to set this up.

Q: What are E-Tickets and Ticketfast tickets?
A: They are both electronic versions of tickets. They each have an individual bar code on them just like traditional hard tickets and they are just scanned at the venue.

Q: In the notes the tickets say "Ticketfast" or "E-Tickets," will they be emailed?
A: In most cases the tickets are emailed. For large orders we often ship the e-tickets. You will be notified how tickets will be sent once you have purchased the item. If you are want to know what form you will receive them in before the auction is over, please call 866-682-8499.

Q: The show is within 72 hours, will I be able to get my tickets?
A: YES!!! If you live in the United States FedEx can deliver tickets overnight to any location unless it is extremely rural or mountainous. We can also email you the tickets if available.
