As we process orders from various sources (e.g. website, phone, eBay, etc...), your order is NOT confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from us with your order number. In rare circumstances when these tickets are no longer available, a representative will contact you to offer comparable, or better, replacement tickets. If you choose not to accept the replacement tickets, you will be issued a full refund.
We ship our tickets via Federal Express to ensure secure delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your tickets ship. Some shipments require a signature. Winning bids and payments placed after 4 PM Eastern or on the weekends may ship the following business day. In some cases, tickets purchased are not in-hand and will have a future ship date. In that case, your order is still guaranteed, and we will notify you of the expected ship date. We cannot control when venues ship their tickets to us, but we will make sure you get your tickets in plenty of time for the event. If you wish, you may choose to pick up the tickets at our Carmel, IN office. Please contact us to make those arrangements.

Please note: We are not notified of canceled events. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm changes to the date or time of event. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded. Original tickets will be used for the new event date. In some cases, the auction price is above the face value of the ticket and discovering this upon delivery of your tickets IS NOT grounds for canceling your order or attempting to challenge the purchase with PayPal or your credit card provider. All sales are final. Refunds are gladly issued only if the event is officially canceled.
Seating Chart: Venue seating chart is based on the most accurate seating details which have been disclosed to the public by the ticketing agency, event venue website or event venue box office. We cannot be responsible for changes or errors in the seating layout. Floor plans vary from show to show and, things like, stage set up or sound board location can alter the seating layout.
