It's very professional and I can easily hold it in am ID pouch around my neck or tuck it into my wallet for easy access. Mine list his name, breed, my name (handler) and what kind of service dog he is. It also has his registration number and the ada laws on the back. It's laminated and has holographic seal on it. Looks like it will last a long time, and is a much better alternative than my paper. I would recommend anyone with a service dog to get one of these, since it's easy to show people and will last a long time. I've had times where I was hassled in stores until I pulled out my papers and even then they kept asking questions. I feel this is concise and easy to understand.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Its a very nice product. It does not feel cheaply made or fragile. The card its self is a very nice stiff card. The Hologram is very nicely done. The printing is perfect. It looks legit, and even though there is no requirement for Service Dogs to have an ID, this card certainly makes things easier. My family and I recently went to a Hotel ( wont say the name) but from the moment I walked in with my Service Dog, I started taking heat from the Staff. I had made them aware of my dog prior to making the reservation as well. I pulled the card out of my wallet, presented it to the lady behind the counter, and the questions stopped. It does what it is supposed to do.
