Rules of Engagement: Please do not bid if you do not want to buy, we reserve the right to re-list the item if not paid after 7 days. It is important that you communicate with us via the "ask seller a question" link . if you have any problem making payment on time. Payments not received within 7 days are automatically reported as an unpaid item with eBay to recover our eBay fees. Once fees are credited, the checkout is closed and the item is relisted. This is an automated process.
Do not email and ask us to end the auction early. This is an auction, you bid. If you see something you like and it is a great deal you need to bid. If you need the item really bad, you better bid really high:) it will sell. If you have a desire to make a offer, do so by bidding.
Item Description: We are a surplus business and receive many items of which we have no knowledge or familiarity. We try to describe the items as accurately as possible, but, because of our limited knowledge, there could be important information about the item that is not listed. Please do not assume we know what the item is or does. Only the item(s) described in this auction are included. Cables, power cords, power adapters, batteries, manuals, software (installed or not), SIM cards, or any other part that may be important to the operation of the item will only be included if listed as such in the description.Please email us with any questions you may have about the item via the "ask seller a question" link before bidding.
NO-DOA Warranty covers power on only: "No Dead on Arrival" (DOA) - is defined as a product that powered up and/or lights came on when powered up. If an item powers up it is not DOA. It is likely no further testing was performed. No warranty other than power on is implied. Some products may have cosmetic imperfections such as inventory stickers, scratches, dents, cracks and discoloration due to normal wear and tear. Our warranty does not cover such imperfections.
Our warranty does not cover items returned due to user error, inappropriate use, software or driver related issues, or "buyer's remorse." Having the item repaired or altered by yourself or a third party renders any warranty null and void. Many items we sell are shipped with a secret mark so that we can identify it upon it's return. The absence of this mark will render any offered warranty null and void. Where possible, warranty items will be repaired or replaced. Refunds will only be offered if a replacement for the item is not available. Shipping / Handling charges are non-refundable.
AS-IS Items: If an item is listed "AS-IS" this means the item is being sold with no warranty. AS-IS means AS-IS - No refunds, exchanges or other assistance will be given for an "AS-IS" item under any circumstances. AS-IS products may be untested and may be non-functional or broken. We state all known problems with items that are sold AS-IS, however, there may be problems that we are not aware of or simply did not know to look for. Please be prepared for this risk before bidding on an AS IS auction. We do not warrant that an item sold AS-IS is working, 100% complete, or fit for use.
Consumable Items: Consumable items include batteries, toner cartridges, ink cartridges, and similar such items are never warrantied unless expressly stated in the listing.
Combined Orders: If you are bidding on multiple auctions, and we encourage you to bid on as many auctions as you can afford. Please email us via the "ask seller a question" link to request a combined shipping invoice. We will combine items as practical and send you an invoice with the combined shipping amount. This does not mean that we can put every item in one box and ship it for the cost of a single item, it means we will consolidate items as best that we can and ship them in one or more boxes and give you the best shipping price.
Local Pick Up: Due to problems in the past, Local Pickups are no longer allowed except for certain items, by prior arraignment, and only if stated in the listing.
Shipping: Items will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours from the time payment clears. Exceptions: Holidays and Weekends. We ship most small and /or low cost items via the USPS, we ship most other items via FedEx and we ship high value or delicate items via UPS. eBay is hard-coded to only say USPS or UPS, please understand that we prefer to use FedEx for most items. We will not ship using your account, please do not ask.
Shipping Insurance: All items over $50. will be insured.
Shipment Tracking: Tracking information for FedEx and UPS shipments will be emailed once your item has shipped. Please be sure your email address is correct with eBay. You might want to check your SPAM filter to see if the notice got trapped there. Items shipped via the USPS do not have tracking, they will have Delivery Confirmation. We don't normally send out Delivery Confirmation numbers because it is of no benefit to you, it only benefits us. We do not charge for Delivery Confirmation like some sellers do.
Returns: No returns will be accepted without our prior approval. If approved the item must be returned in the condition it was received in. The item must be packed properly for shipping and insured for the sale value and shipped via a trackable shipper. The USPS Delivery Confirmation is not a tracking number. All Products must be returned in its original packaging and must contain all parts, such as manuals, software and cables. Products returned without all of the original parts may be returned to you at your expense and without a credit issued by us. No returns of any kind after 15 days. Shipping / Handling charges are non-refundable.
Feedback: Due to the large volume of eBay sales we leave feedback only for buyers who leave feedback for us. Please contact us and give us the opportunity to correct any problem or concerns before resorting to leaving Neutral or Negative feedback. Leaving negative feedback as a first contact voids any and all warranty. If you think negative feedback threats will make us take back a honestly listed item, do not bid.

We don't sit in front of the computer waiting for every email that comes in, however we do answer all emails as quickly as possible. There are days that we may be out of the office looking for new items to list but be assured that we will answer your emails ASAP.
Please do not email within hours of an auctions closing to make a buying decision because we might not be able to respond in time for the auction's end. All end of auction, payment and shipping email is automated. Email is only answered during business hours Monday through Friday.
Finally: We are here to have fun buying and selling used electronic junk, we hope that you are too. However, if you are retentive or prone to whining when things do not go your way, or expect used junk to be like brand new - please do not bid.
