After you won/purchased an item from us, you will have 7 days to combine all of the other auctions/items.

When you are ready to checkout, please pay all your items in one combined payment

and please DO NOT pay your items into separate payments.

If you make two or more separate payments it will go out as two separate orders

and you will not get the combined shipping & handling discount or any other promotional offers.

We are to ship any item purchased and paid for within 2 working days from receiving the payment. Usually, for the Canada & USA clients, we ship the item from NY USA and Canada , it will take around 3-7 working days to reach you; shipment arrival to your address by post office, some areas/country. sometimes will take a little longer.

Extra charge of 5 USD/package if the delivery area is out of America continent(APO, FPO, HI, AK, Saipan, PUERTO RICO)

If you are in South America, please check with us about extra weight for the item and more expensive item please ask us.

Destination Out of North America : It may take up to 20-25 business days. Also please contact us first if your destination address is out of Canada and USA continuous states.

New shipment Address: if you want the parcel shipped to other address than the default address on EBay, please notice us via separate email contains "item No., model No./name, our EBay ID", please notice us before the bid ends; also please write a note on PayPal when u pay via PayPal. We don't take any responsibility on extra cost of re-delivering caused if u not follow up our instruction mentioned.

Shipping fees will be assessed from auctions with free shipping. With original tag & package can be returned. Please note that only merchandise value will be refunded and buyer will be responsible for postage both ways. Simply follow our 3 steps: 1. Contact us immediately to get a 'Return Authorization Code (RAC)' 2. Write down RAC on the return package 3. Returns must be postmarked within 3 business days of delivery. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund merchandise value back to your PayPal account in 3 business days.

Defect -- We will exchange the defective products, but only it shows the products itself has defects, we need clearer picture before you return the products us (get our approval first please). If it's your reason (e.g. size change) to return products itself exchange, yourself to bear the shipping cost for both come and back.

Short/part missing �C notice us at your earliest convenience within 3 days upon parcel arrived. Provide with us clear photo for the parcel you got �C package and contents. Either condition of about mentioned two, please make sure send us clear photo via email before you return the product (get our writing approval first please). Fail to do this we reserve the right to refuse accept return/refund/exchange/replace and yourself bear any loss occurs.

Not like the product -- if the product itself has no problem while you don't like it, we accept for return and refund within 3 days upon parcel arrived(you bear both way shipping cost); or exchange (you prepay return shipping - while when we send you exchanged one we will input extra gift with equivalent value of the returned freight u prepaid
