           Up for offer is this original vintage Eugene Savage "Matson Menu Design" print Hawaiian shirt. Made by KAMEHAMEHA circa early 1950's. Considered by many the holy grail of Hawaiian shirt designs.
Made of silky 100% rayon .
Excellent vintage condition. Looks like it was worn little, well cared for and stored carefully. Under close inspection I could not find stains, holes, runs, or repairs. Only flaw would appear to be the small tear in the tag in the collar.
Colors still vibrant for its age. Shows no obvious fading or discoloration. All original wooden buttons intact. Neck loop intact.
This shirt is a work of art that will make a fine centerpiece to your Hawaiian shirt collection!
